The sound of banging on my door had me jumping off my bed landing face first on the floor. I groaned, rubbing my nose before using my hands to push myself off the ground. Who's at my door and what'stheir problem?! Can you imagine having a nice, nice dream about a hot stranger and then-

"Xadae!" An angry Allison backed on my door again. I took in a quick breath looking around my room frantically. Dirty clothes scattered across the floor mixed with clean clothes and empty cola bottles. I started picking up as much as possible, throwing every piece of cloth in my closet and shoved all the empty bottles under my bed. "I swear, if you don't open this door I will-" swinging the door open before she could finish her sentence, I looked at her wide eyed. She had no right to be beating my poor door like that! She pushed past my shoulder leaving me looking at the spot she last stood.

"Okay, yeah, come in," I said sarcastically before closing the door and turning toward her. She had on a black pencil skirt that accentuated her hips with a brown blouse and cardigan. She was always so ladylike and was rarely ever spotted in casual clothes. I don't think I could ever wear a skirt for a whole day, or a dress. Maybe if I was gonna get paid, say..... five billion dollars, then heck yes.

"What're you doing here?!" She asked raising her hands above her head to show her frustration. But hey, this isn't my room so, I shouldn't be here. My brows furrowed at her question before I rolled my eyes.

"What're you doing here?" I shot back folding my arms. You mean to tell me you come here, banging on my door, and you got the audacity to ask me what I'm doing in my own room? Uh-uh.

"Aren't you supposed to be somewhere?" She scoffed rubbing the bridge of her nose looking down. She was disappointed. I had disappointed the last person who had hope that I could still make something of myself. The last person to love me. Claure and I were best friends but we never actually talked about deep stuff like feelings. Other than the feeling she had for any hot guy she makes eye contact with. "Why can't you just be responsible Xae? You're almost eighteen now and you're acting like a six year old!" She shook her head making her curls bounce slightly as the morning sun shun on it giving it a slight golden colour. She looked quite fed up with me and I'm yet to know why. But it worried me to see her like this, like she was giving up on me. Just like everyone else. She sighed looking just about done with me. "Why aren't you in school?" She asked in a much more calm tone whereas I actually realised was indeed supposed to be at school. How did I not remember that it was a school night last night?. But they wouldn't notice me not coming to school right? I'm of no use to them anyways.

"I-uh.... I overslept." I kept my gaze to the floor while her burning eyes looked over me. She could be crazy scary if she wanted to. One time, she got mad at something that happened at work, I may or may not have had something to do with it, but I saw her literally flip the coffee table. Like, the heavy ass table I could barely move the day before! I didn't dare do anything like that again, I'd like to keep my bones intact thank you very much.
