I never understood luz and her pop culture references... or anything for that matter but I love her so much I just wish I had enough courage to tell her but when I'm near her I feel weird like I'm stuck in this trance...
I snap out of my Thoughts and look around as everyone packs up to leave... guess school is over, I get my stuff and walk out the door and see luz happily walk out I smile a bit as I catch up to her "hey luz" luz turns around and smiled at me "how's it going?" I ask feeling like I have butterflies in my stomach my heart starts racing "I'm fine just thinking of yo- something you won't get" I frown "oh like what" I reply in a heart beat "halo reach" in what emperors coven is that? "Uh halo?" "Yeah it's nothing you won't understand it..." more of her pop culture references I don't understand... what's halo!?
"When we get to the owl house I'll show you and this isn't pop culture it's gamer culture references" I nod and followed luz I still don't get it I wish I understood her references...
We get to the owl house and I sit on the couch waiting for luz "I'll be right back amity just need to change" luz said and left to change
