Chapter 3

Whispers.
Low, Whispers.

Amaryllis looked around, shadows by her side. Getting ready to pounce them at anyone who dares to go near her.

I wonder who that is , she thought to herself.

She reached a door, setting her hand on the handle. It was cold.

Suspiciously cold

It probably wasn't anything important, Amaryllis thought to herself. Probably nothing.

The voices grew louder.

Who is that.... that isn't nothing...

There was a crack, and Amaryllis turned.

What the heck...

"What's going on...?" Amaryllis said, turning around, still holding the shadows, she opened the door slowly.

Creed's body, lies there, drenched with blood... Amaryllis kneeled by him, and felt his pulse. There was nothing. She stood up, looking around.

I... creed? What's he doing here... is he... he dead?

"Who... who's there?!" Amaryllis said, turning in all directions, making sure that she's not going to be attacked. She backs into the corner of the room. Looking at Creed's dead body. A knife stab, perhaps?

He must've been stabbed in the heart-

Who would do such a... a horrible thing....?

Amaryllis was slammed to the ground. She moaned, trying to stand up. A broken rib or two, she thought, what's going on...

A black figure, a necromancer, just like her, walked closer, from the other corner of the room. Shadows enclosed around her, and Amaryllis screamed. She tried to send some shadows at the figure, but was too weak. She let out a groan, trying her best to break free of the shadows.

The figure came closer, a man, auburn hair, freckles. A black cloak around him. His eyes, a dark brown, evilly stared into Amaryllis's eyes.

"Sebastian... you're my girlfriends Brother." She said, quietly.

"Rayne? Oh, you're her girlfriend? I never knew she'd date someone as pathetic as you." He said, laughing.

Amaryllis broke out of the shadows, clutching her ribs. She lunged at Sebastian, "Sebastian Ordox, oh how lovely it is To finally see you again." She said, firing some shadows into his arm, leaving a hole, which bled furiously. He swore.

"You.... idiot..." He muttered, lunging at her, taking his knife from his pocket. He attempted to stab Amaryllis, but Amaya dodged him.

Amaryllis laughed, "you're pathetic" she said, kicking him in the stomach.

"Oh really?" He laughed, "You think so?"
He strikes a punch, laughing still.

"Don't even dare to insult Rayne. She's done better than you have." She said, elbowing Sebastian in the ribs.

"oh really? Isn't she severely depressed? Unwell? Struggling with finding any work that suits her? With a pathetic "sister" who is China sorrows? Am I the only person who actually knows that they're not blood relatives?"

Amaya narrowed her eyes, "I've always known that. And they only call each other sisters to keep each other safe."
She said, rolling her eyes, "you're pathetic to not know that."

"I'm the pathetic one?" He laughed, those brown eyes, staring as evily as any eyes could. Coldly, he said, "You were pathetic to go out with her."

At this, Amaya was infuriated , she took a sharp whip of her shadows, and they pinned Sebastian against the wall, those shadows, thumping against his wrists. He growled at Amaya, unable to move.

"Don't go near any of my friends, or my girlfriend. Ok?" She said, her tone very harsh, and violent sounding. She gripped her nails into Sebastian's shoulder, Sebastian moaned.

"You were extremely stupid to fight me." She said, in the same angry voice, "You understand? You're an idiot. I can't see how you and Rayne were ever related in the first place." She laughed, and shot some more shadows into him. "You're lucky I'm not killing you. It's funny how we met at the necromancer temple, and you were coincidentally, five years later, the brother of my girlfriend. Lovely."

Sebastian spat at her, "put me down."

"Of course, Sebastian."she said politely and mockingly. She set him down, and ran out of the room. As fast as she could. And pulled her hood over her head, laughing slightly.

That, she thought, was fun.

I apologise for the lack of ideas in this chapter, I was so unsure of what to write, so I decided to write a long fight.

With Sebastian Ordox , my OCs brother of course.
Just so you know, this Sebastian is not Sebastian Tao. I created him just after The Last Stand Of Dead Men, so I had no clue there'd be another Sebastian.
