What Would Happen If There Was a Second 'Heathers'

Flashbacks

After Veronica had left the 7/11 because she had homework to do. Hailey was thinking, as Hailey’s evil father walked in the 7/11. Hailey quickly looked around, saw him and ran behind a slushy machine. She panicked and started crying hysterically. She looked down at her arms with scars from where her father would beat her to the point, she ran away when she was 14. She went to live with Heather Duke for about 3 years approximately. She had always feared her father, he was terrifying. She had pushed away that fear but now it all came rushing in. She panicked and did the only thing she could think of, calling Veronica. The phone rang for what seemed to be forever.
“Come on, please pick up...”
she whimpered softly. It went to voicemail. “Hey this is Veronica, I can’t come to the phone right now, leave a message if you must...” The voicemail said.
“Shoot.”
Hailey whispered to herself as she tried calling again. Veronica finally answered. “Ronnie, finally! Help. My father has trapped me in the 7/11.”
Hailey whispered into the phone.
“Oh my god, I'll be there in 5 minutes stay there.”
Veronica said before running to her car and driving back to the 7/11. When Veronica got there, she quickly ran inside and tackled Hailey’s dad, knocking him out cold. Veronica got up and ran to Hailey, picking her up, she was extremely light and easy to pick up.
“You can stay with me, my parents are out of town.”
Veronica whispered softly helping Hailey to her car. Hailey was having a complete panic attack.
“Hey, hey it’s okay. You’re safe now.”
She said rubbing Hailey’s back. About 15 minutes later the girls arrive home. Veronica looks over at Hailey.
“We’re here. Come on. Let’s go inside.”
She smiled softly before going inside with Hailey.
“What do you wanna do? Watch a movie in the living room with a bunch of sweets and popcorn?”
She smiled softly. Hailey nodded before closing and locking the door behind the girls.
"Of course. That sounds amazing Ronnie.” She smiled before the girls took off their blazers and shoes. They go to the living room.
“Can we watch Beetlejuice?”
Hailey asked softly. She sat on the couch. “Of course.”
Veronica got the VHS tape and put it in the Tv, pressing pause. She smiled before throwing the remote at Hailey, giggling. She smiled before walking to the kitchen and putting a bag of popcorn in the microwave. “Perfect.”
She smiled brightly.
“How you doing in there blondie?” She teased.
“Yeah. Do you have that cheese powder that we had last time?”
Hailey giggled. She smiled.
“Yeah.” Veronica smiled.
“Would you like that? Then you can also have some skittles, I just bought a whole bunch.” She smiled as Hailey nodded eagerly.
“Perfect.”
Veronica smiled as the microwave beeped. She took the popcorn out of the microwave and put it in a bowl. She grabbed a bag of skittles and smiled. She took them to Hailey and smiled, sitting next to her. Hailey smiled before pressing play on the movie. After about 30 minutes, Hailey was fast asleep. Veronica looked over at her. She turned off the Tv and smiled. She stood up and grabbed a blanket, putting Hailey’s feet on the other side of the couch. She put the blanket over her then went to the recliner and laid down, falling asleep shortly after.
