SCP-106. Also, know as the 'old man'. He has been pestering the foundation and causing death with chaos to this very day. We just can not contain him properly nor can we properly kill him.
I remember the day I first met him because that was also the day of the foundation's first breach. I was watching scientists examine little Greta. You could say I was being her Guardian Angel and... to be honest, I feel like I am one to her.

-Flashback-

They had her on an operation table, examining every robotic part of her, and tried to figure out how it all worked. It's safe to say that they have no idea what they're looking at. They scratched their heads and took sighs of defeat.
I was in a room looking down at them. A large crack had formed in the reinforced, bulletproof glass after I hit it. One of the scientists poked something that they shouldn't have and caused Greta pain. My anger rose and one thing leads to another. They are at least being more careful now than they were before.
It took some time before one of them left the others to come to give me a report. He was scared as hell. I could tell by how he was shaking while standing four meters away from me.

Scientist: "S-sir...."

Riot: "Don't waste my time. Just tell me if you can help her."

Scientist: "W-we... but it will take ages before we g-get any b-breakthrough... the r-robotics are... S-so complex and."

I held my hand up making him instantly shut up. It's kinda pathetic that these are the scientists who are supposed to be studying these Entities I bring in.

Riot: "I heard enough. You will continue your research and update me on any progress that is made. Understand?"

Scientist: "Y-yes sir!"

He ran back down, informing the others of my demands. They were about to get back to work when all of a sudden the red lights flashed and the warning sirens kicked in. A voice over an intercom spoke.

"Warning! Multiple Euclid and Keter class SCPs have breach containment!"

I simply sighed. This may be our first-ever breach but did it really have to happen now? It doesn't matter. I already know how it's going to turn out. Scientists are going to panic and run around while the MTFs are going to have no idea what to do. Then it will be up to me and the other hunters to bring back the order.
I wasted no time jumping into action and recruiting one of the guards outside. The other just went inside to watch the scientists.
Thankfully I knew the guard that I had recruit because we fought side by side when the Chaos Insurgents attacked. She was the one who gave me their armour and the only one I believe was actually capable of handling herself.

MTF: Plan sir?

Riot: Find the SCP and bring it back into containment.

She gave a confident nod as we walked down the hallways fill with panicking scientists. The MTF had to stay behind me if she didn't want to get pushed around but the waves of scientists.

It took a few minutes getting through the hordes of researchers but we managed. With only the flashing red lights and sirens being annoyances we made our way further down. On the way, we came across a few bodies of both guards and scientists with their heads completely turned around. The MTF knelt by one, examining the body.

MTF: Looks like Peanuts work.

I just gave her a look of pure confusion when I noticed the floor behind her turning into a black puddle. A pair of black rotten hands slowly came out like an assassin reaching for their target.
In a swift motion, I grabbed the guard and threw her away from the puddle but by doing so, I put myself closer to the hands. Before I knew it I was being dragged down into the puddle with incredible force. The last thing I remember is the guard screaming out.
