"Let's sink it somewhere underwater. We don't want to attract any more attention, blowing it up would be too risky."
"I agree" Jennie said trembling.
"Is there a deserted spot along the Han River?"
"We can't put it in the Han River, it's too close to civilization and not nearly deep enough" she said as she chewed her lip nervously. "Let me think..."
Silence filled the car, although the tension in the air was defending. It felt thick enough to cut with a knife.
"I have an idea" Jennie whispered, Chungju Lake. It's pretty far away from any big city and very deep. Let's go there."
"Alright" you said. "How do we get there?"
"It's about a two hour drive, we should get going right away. I'll give you directions."
As you drove through the night in the Maybach, Jennie by your side and YG's body in the trunk, Jennie was dead silent.
"Y/N please pull over" she said suddenly.
"Huh?" You were confused but you did as she asked. The car hadn't even fully stopped when she flung open the door and threw up outside the car. You waited quietly for her to finish and didn't say anything. The poor girl was clearly scared to death; you were as well, although for Jennie's sake you tried to appear calm.
"Here" you said and took some mint gum out of you pocket and have her a piece.
"Thanks Y/N" Jennie said gratefully and accepted it. "You know something? I really love you."
You were a little taken aback. It wasn't the first time you'd heard her say this - but most of the time it in a lighthearted way, like when she was laughing after you'd cracked a joke or something. This time was different. This time you could feel that she genuinely meant it.
"I love you too Nini" you said and gripped her hand, looking into her pretty eyes which were watering and filled with fright. It was still hard to believe that this soft and loving girl had just committed murder only hours earlier - although that wasn't who she was, she had been scared for her life.
You set back off on the long drive to Chungju Lake and did your best to keep a conversation going with Jennie to ease her nerves a little. Every time you passed through a city you turned the headlights off to avoid being seen if you could, since it was the middle of the night. It didn't help that you were in a high end luxury car that was a rare sight in Korea, and not one that blended in well. After a couple hours you passed through a small town and into a forest.
"Almost there" she said. The prospect of what you were about to do was now sitting heavily on your mind. "Go left here" she instructed and you turned onto a dirt road.
"Have you been here before?" you asked.
"Not here exactly" but I've been to this lake before with my mum. " It just seems like this road will take us to a secluded spot."
Sure enough, there were no people or buildings in sight at all and the dirt road ran through the forest around the back of the lake.
"But I'm not sure how we can get the car into the lake" Jennie said anxiously.
"I'm working on it" you said, scratching your forehead.
The going was slow, and got slower and the dirt road got bumpier. Up ahead you spotted a wooden structure through the trees.
"Y/N what's that?" Jennie asked.
"Not sure, let's just be careful."
You rolled the Maybach slowly up to what turned out to be an old abandoned cabin which was falling apart, the windows broken and roof boards falling through into the inside.
