Griezmann joins Atléti! 

The french midfielder Antoine Griezmann officially signed a 6 years contract with Atlético Madrid for 30 million euros. The player of 23 years old leaves Real Sociedad after 5 professional years. Griezmann especially impressed the world during the world cup he played with France national team. He was also observed by Chelsea, Manchester City, and Paris Saint-Germain. I close the newspaper and put it on the table of Raphaël's living room. It's the third article I've read about this subject, after hearing about it on the radio. I can't tell if I'm happy or not. Actually, I don't feel anything right now. Several teams wanted him, how on earth is it possible that he signs for a club of the city I live in? Talk about coincidence...

Anyway, the season has already started and so has my job.  Every players and staff members were nice with me and I have to admit I feel totally at ease at the club, and in Madrid. Raphaël and Karim are the same old ones, always ready to help me, I don't know what I would have done without them. Karim broke up with Chloé a few days ago, and has spent those few days hanging out in night clubs with some teammates. Wild guys. I've spent some time with Elie, Rapha's girlfriend, she's the sweetest girl I've ever met. It's great because, when the team plays away, I have to go with them, and she has to too because she's a journalist, so I have someone to hang out with during those away games. 

I am now 2 months and a half pregnant. I have a small bump now but it's difficult to see it through my clothes. I've done a ultrasound a few days ago and the doctor said that everything's fine. The baby is doing great, and so am I. I still have some morning sickness but it's better than it used to be. I start realizing that I'll be a mother in 6 months. It was difficult at first, but hearing the baby's heartbeats made me realize that I really do have a small human being in me. It's weird. But I start loving it.

I worked this morning but I'm free this afternoon, Elie is supposed to pick me up soon so we can do some shopping. I need to buy pregnancy clothes and she proposed to come with me. 

" Have you heard about Antoine's transfer? " I ask Elie while we're looking for some clothes in a shop I like and that makes pregnancy clothes.

" Yeah I have. How are you feeling? "

" Weird. How many chances were there that he signs for a club in the exact same city I've just moved in? "

" None. Actually... I don't know if I should tell you. " I see her hesitate.

" Come on Elie, if you know something about this, you need to tell me. He doesn't know about me or the baby, does he? "

" No he doesn't, at least I don't think he does. Look hm, don't get angry ok? I'm not supposed to tell you this but, well. Anyway. Antoine asked Karim for advises for his transfer. At first, Karim just told him things like 'choose with your heart, blablabla'. But then he sent him a text saying that he should sign for Atlético. " The more she talks, the more I get angry. Karim did this? How could he!? He knew how much I didn't want Antoine to find me or to learn about our baby!  " Don't be mad! He has only done that for you, you know. "

" For me!? But I didn't want him to do anything! He just had to keep secret the fact that I am in Madrid, was it complicated? How on earth could he do that!? " I start shouting. 

" Aslinn, come on, you can't be mad at him. He didn't want to hurt you. And actually, this can be a good thing! You may run into Antoine someday and he will learn everything just by himself. "
