MESSED UP.!

CHAPTER 8

Loosing a parent is the worst thing that could ever happen to anyone. It hits different especially when she was everything you gatt.

At this point Sabry's body is numb.. She can't feel anything but pain and emptiness..
At the funeral she couldn't wrap her head around it.. all of it seemed like a dream.. She still couldn't believe her mum was no more, she actually fainted when her body was being lowered into the grave, she felt so helpless as her world crumbled.

Having no one to turn to. She had no other choice but to go back to the children's home since she was still not of age to take care of herself according to the law.. She was skeptical about this as life in there wasn't easy.

She headed back to the hospital to pick some if her late mom's documents before proceeding to the home. As she waited outside at the bench to be ushered in, flashes of their memories flooded her mind. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she reminisced.

"Sabrina Jeavens!" The secretary called!
She quickly wiped off her tears and reached for the door..

"Take a seat! I'm Jane Johns. I'm sorry for your loss. You have to be strong darling.. okay,,??, Please don't cry! Everything happens for a reason and you are going to get through this!"

"I'm just so tired doc!! I'm so confused.. I don't know what to do.. Where to start!!. I was just getting settled with my mum then she just had to leave me again!! Why is the world so cruel!"

Jane reached out to her.. held her in her arms "take it easy child!! Cry your heart out let it out!"

She held her in her arms till she fell asleep.. She carried her and placed her on the sick bed as she attended to other patients..

Sabry woke up feeling at ease.. Some part of her was getting awakened. She stared at the ceiling and was feeling hopeful for the first time since her mum's death..

"You awake already?? I was actually going to get you some lunch before I go home.. my shift is over now!!but we can go grab lunch together!"

"I actually have to go.. thanks for the everything though!! I'm so grateful Mrs Johns."

"Where do you want to go?? It's pretty early don't you think so??"

" I came to pick some documents for paper work and it's normally tiring at the paper work's office!!. I was going to process my papers for the stay at a children's home!! That's why I have to hurry up before the line is unbearable.."

"Children's home?? Don't you have any other relatives?"

" I actually don't know any maybe they are there.. I'm not sure.. you see actually during mum's funeral no one came..Just my family back at the children's home and some neighbors."

" You don't need to go back to the children's home.. you can come stay with me. I'll start processing your adoption papers! I have a daughter who is your age and she's going through a rough time now.. I guess she could really use a sister, if that's okay with you!"

Sabry couldn't believe her ears, she fell into Jane's arms and hugged her affectionately! She cried her heart out and thanked the heavens for coming through for her!!

" Well I guess that's a Yes then!! Lol!! Let's go for lunch then head home dear!!"

Sorry guys been MIA for a while now.. I'm sorry but I'm back for more juicy tales..
