Broppy oneshots (Cause' why not)

Poppy's walking where?!

Thanks to Sandrastar1 for the oneshot idea's, I really appreciate it :)

It was a peacful night in Pop Village and everyone was asleep, including Poppy but little did she know that she would be doing some multitasking.

As Poppy fell asleep she slowly got out of bed and started walking out of her pod, and began heading to Misty Meadow's. Even though it was almost impossible to see, she still somehow had a sense of where she was going.

Soon Poppy headed further into Misty Meadow's and went into a cave, Branch noticed this and followed Poppy inside. Once Poppy stopped walking , Branch went up to her to see what's up

Branch: Poppy?... What are you doing here at this hour?

But Poppy didn't respond, she walked further into the cave but suddenly there was a low soft growl, Branch went to see what it was and he used his hair to shine some light, he stood ther in shock, it was a cave full of Growlbeasts!!

Branch took Poppy's hand gently and tried slowly walking out of the cave, but then he accidently stepped on a twig and it snapped! and the Growlbeasts roared loudly, waking up Poppy.

Poppy: Hmm.. (tiredly wha..ts going.. o-?

She saw the Growlbeasts and realised she was in danger

Poppy: Nice Growlbeasts...

The Growlbeasts roared loudly again and they were ready to chase

Branch: Run!!

Branch still holding Poppy's hand, started running out of the cave but unfortunatly the Growlbeasts started chasing them, Poppy knew that they couldn't go back to the village but then Poppy had an idea.

Poppy: let's use Hair-jitzu!

Branch: Good idea

Poppy and Branch stopped running and took their stances with the Growlbeasts still charging at them, then the both took a deep breath and when the moment was perfect, they both Hairate-chopped the Growlbeasts in the face and they were knocked back but they got back up again with lots of energy.

The battle was fierce, the Growlbeasts were getting tired and while Branch was fighting off some of the Growlbeasts, another one tried to attack behind him, Poppy noticed the attack and it was almost in slow motion, she ran as fast as she could and slapped the Growlbeasts face with her hair and accidently slammed to the ground and suddenly a sharp burst of pain went into her ankle, she yelled in pain and Branch rushed to Poppy's side.

Branch: Poppy! where does it hurt?

Poppy: My ankle, it hurts so much!

Branch: I know, can I take a look at it?

Poppy slowly nods her head and Branch gently examines her ankle and see's that it's very swollen.

Branch: Well, I think you've severly sprained your ankle, it should heal up in a few days.

Poppy: Since when were you a doctor?

Branch: You learn a thing or two when your surviving by yourself, but don't worry I'll help you until you get better.

Poppy: Thanks Branch... (look around) are the Growlbeasts gone?

Branch look around and see's the Growlbeasts running off.

Branch: I think so, come on let's go home.

Branch picks up Poppy gently and carries her back to her pod. Once Poppy's in bed, Branch gets an Ice pack from the fridge and gently presses the Ice pack against her ankle to ease the swelling, and then he wraps some cloth bandages around her ankle.

Branch: There you go, does that feel better?

Poppy: It feels much better, thanks Branch.

Branch: No problem Pop's I'm always here for you.

Branch tucked her in, and kissed he forehead gently.

Branch: Night Poppifer

Poppy: Night

And Poppy slept soundly knowing Branch was always there for her.
