Broppy oneshots (Cause' why not)

We're going camping!!

This is kinda a mix of a thunderstorm oneshot mixed with the camping oneshot so thx Sandrastar1

Branch: Ok Poppy, do you have everything ready?

Poppy: I think so, just getting the last of my marshmallows in

Branch and Poppy were going on a overnight camping trip to get some peace and quiet for the day. Once they had everything they headed off to misty meadow to set up camp.

Poppy: Well, this seems like a good spot, Branchifer what do you think?

But Branch was looking up at the sky noticing some dark clouds and he had a feeling a storm was coming, but it was quite far away so he didn't worry about it too much.

Poppy: Branch? Hello?

Branch: Oh yeah... this is a good spot.

Poppy: Is something wrong?

Branch: Not really, I was just looking at those storm clouds, but it's nothing to worry about.

Poppy: Oh ok...

Deep down Poppy was scared of storms but she tried not to show it. She just decided to stay positive and try to focus on the trip.

They had a fun relaxing time swimming in the lake, going on a hike and playing games, but little did they know the storm started to get closer.

Branch: That storm is getting pretty close, we better get inside the ten-  *thunder*

Poppy yelled and ran into the tent and hid in her sleeping bag, Branch followed her inside and slowly walked up to her

Branch: Poppy, what's wrong?

Poppy: I'm s..scared of t...thunderstorms

Then all of a sudden a loud lightning strike was heard and Poppy basically dived in for a hug, tears streaming down her face.

Branch: Hey, shhh it's going to be ok I'll help you get through this, ok?

Poppy: Ok... t... thanks Branch

They both laid down and Branch hugged Poppy tight to let her know it was going to be ok and Poppy fell asleep to the sound of Branch's heartbeat.
