Cracks in the Foundation

After the nomination ceremony, everyone is on edge and upset with how Memphis handled the situation. In my honest opinion, Memphis did not need to be so derogatory towards Nicole and David. I know how hard Nicole had it after last season since she was in the house with mostly assholes. I know Tyler and Dani are not thrilled with how the ceremony went because Tyler is ranting to David as we speak and Dani is giving off a "Don't fuck with me" attitude. I agree that Memphis screwed himself, but as long as I am not involved, I am good. I sit with Christmas to talk about strategy. She is a great person and one of the most socially aware people in Big Brother history.

Christmas: Well, that was an interesting nomination ceremony.

Syn: I am shocked he did that.

Christmas: The noms or the speech?

Syn: Both. 

Dani: Are we talking about Memphis' rookie move with the nominations?

Christmas: Yes. What was that?

Syn: Memphis is so business focused that he does not realize his words have impact. 

Dani: That is a nice way of saying that Memphis can be a dick.

Nicole: Yeah. He is really getting on my nerves with his attitude. He is so used to playing an old school way that he does not care about anyone else.

Dani: He reminds me of my dad. All old school players are like this.

In this moment, I realize that I cannot work with these two. Christmas is fine because she hasn't join in, but Dani and Nicole are playing mean girls again and it is not a good look for either of them. I need to wait for the right time to say something because if not, I could mess up my place in the game and I cannot have these two making it further than me. I decide to leave the room before the conversation is done and just head upstairs to Memphis' room to relax and figure out what to do. As I walk in, I see Janelle and Kaysar in the room with him and I can tell I have intruded on a conversation so I walk back out.

I decide to find Tyler to get an idea as to where his head is at right now and figure out the move for the week. I check the panty and find him hyping up David after being degraded by Memphis in the nomination ceremony. I join Tyler and David and try to cheer up David after what Memphis did. I may have wanted David nominated, but I am a human being after all and nobody deserves to be treated like that. I was in David's situation on my season with the popular clique early on and was lucky to have Will, Erica, Maddy, and Hamza. I miss them.

Syn: Is it just me or is Memphis being a dick right now?

Tyler: I was just telling David that it is going to be so sweet for David to win the veto and rub it in his face.

Syn: Dave, I know we haven't seen eye-to-eye so far, but I know how much Ty here likes you and trusts you and no one deserves to be treated like that. You were chosen for All Stars for a reason and know that people have your back in here.

David: Like who?

Syn: Ty and me for sure. Plus, I know Bay and Day want to keep you. I think Ty and I can convince people to keep you this week. You just need to lay low.

Tyler: We got you man! Now go get ready for that POV. We both will try our best to win.

Syn: Definitely man. You have two comp beasts on your side.

David: Thanks guys. It means a lot.

Syn: I know you had a hard time dealing with that shit show of a cast last season. The only good ones were Nicole, Jess, Kat, Ovi, Kemi, and Cliff.
