Ch. 9 Mate

Cassidy POV

Cassidy wake up its time due breakfast. Uuhhh. I wish mum will stop calling me to get up. Yeah ye readers know my actually age is 90 but looks 12. I get out of bed walk of to the window and draw the curtains open and see it's a nice sunny day. The sun has no affect on us, the author doesn't want to tell you that as he will like to keep you guess but he clearly has no understanding of supernaturals.

I see it's a lovely day and decide to go for a swim hopefully after breakfast if my parents let me. So I go over to my wardrobe and pull out my blood red backless swimsuit which ties around the neck. I also pull out white t-shirt and short shorts. After looking or should I say admiring myself in the mirror and let's just say I look hot. I walk into my bathroom yeah if my sister Ellie and I share one, one of us will be dead or worse. So I pick u my hairbrush and brush my hair that comes half way down my back after brushing it I put braids into it than tie the the braids into a bun using loads of hair clips.

I walk downstairs to see my family already eating without me. Looking at my plate I see pancakes topped with crispy bacon, cream and maple syrup and with it a mug of warm O negative human blood.

After eating my wonderful breakfast I see my father on the phone and it sounds like the alpha of the Dark Blood Pack telling us that there be people moving in next door but be on his side of the agreed boundary line. Yeah let's just say that the boundary line between us and them was so difficult to find and after 2½ centuries of fighting the boundary line we have today still stands and the peace between the 2 of us.

After asking my mother can I go out into the pool she obviously says yes but be careful, after taking off my t-shirt and short shorts I walk out the backdoor in my swimsuit and jump into the pool. Yeah I'm not like one of them girls who just lounges about on the side of the pool soaking up the rays cause as a vampire we don't tan at all. Shell shocked I know. At 2 after being in there for 3 hours I get out and walk into the house. My sister Ellie says Wolf age she goes out to check after like an hour my mother goes out to see it's around half 5 and I go out to see what they are doing I walk and see that they are talking to a girl and there is another girl beside her as soon as I got closer I caught the most amazing smell vanilla and honey I than knew it was my mates scent I look between the 2 girls my eye goes to the shorter one one and than the one word that brings a smile to my face 'mate'.

Louise POV

After hauling my stuff with help of my cousin here. I immediately start unpacking the boxes I had. At 2 I heard my mum say that lunch is ready and I walk downstairs. After lunch is over my cousin said that she be outside and mum said that dinner be ready at 5 or 6 the latest. So I obviously back to my room and strated texting my friends who I greatly missed.

Me: Hi girls my new house as freaking huge.

Immediately Hanna and Becca text back the same thing

Hanna: no freaking way

Becca: no freaking way

I shared photos I took outside before I entered and of my room and there reaction was priceless.

At 5 my mother says to go out and call Olivia in for dinner. I went outside and saw Olivia chatting away to a girl and someone who looks like the girls mother and they are tall.

I approached Olivia and told her that dinner was ready. She just nodded and introduced me to the 2 people she was speaking to Ellie who's 17 and her mother Helena who is 47 than another girl comes out of the house and went straight towards her mother asking her when dinner is and she went soon. The girl looked at me and Olivia and by the girls reaction I knew something was up but didn't but didn't press into what they were talking about.

Ellie POV

Fucking shit can't believe my sister found her mate before I did my mother looked at her and said she was happy that she found her mate regardless that fact she's human and a girl. But my mother and father don't realise is that I'm also a lesbian.

I congratulated my sister for finding the one she's destined to be with and she looked at me like I had 2 heads. I wonder how Olivia is going to break it to her cousin and how she reacts. My mother says that she should tell her father which means more pressure on me to find my own mate.

Olivia POV

'Wow can't believe our cousin is mated to a freaking vampire.' I heard Amelia say to me I'm still shocked and surprised by it but I doubt Louise knows what she said. But still I'm angry at my uncle for not telling us that the Dark Blood Pack shares a boundary with a vampire covenant at that.

Louise asks me while we walk back into the house what was with all the looks. "Tell her the truth". Amelia said to me. I turned to look at her and told her our neighbours are vampires and that Ellie sister just found her mate. She points her finger at me indicating that I was her mate. I shook my head no. Than her facial expression changes.

I also told her that we should tell her parents so they can call my uncle as he forgot to tell us about vampires living next door to us. We sat down at the table and my aunt Grainne brought out the plates and let's just say the chicken Alfredo was nice. After we had our dinner we told her parents that we've met our nextdoor neighbours and told them a crucial information that they are vampires. Louise also told them that one of them is her mate. And its like the air in the room was sucked out my uncle Declan just looked to his wife and said that we will call Michael tomorrow.

At 10pm I stripped out of my clothes and put my PJs and went straight into bed cause tomorrow there be some words to be said to dearest uncle. "Exactly" Amelia said.

A/N the longest chapter written so far. Damn my hands are sore from typing.
