Chapter One: The Introduction

Henry decided to go apply for a job at a detective agency. The job interviewers were impressed with Henry's skills and talents along with admiring Henry's inability to feel emotions.
'You are hired for the job!' the job interviewer informed.
Henry was able to make money off the detective agency and grew into a liteutant. Lt.Stickmin was what he was called. He solved many cases and killed who he had to kill. His pay was high with around $50M every year. He left his life at the government behind after being hired. Because Henry had no emotions he had no friends except Charles, Ellie. He also had Geoffrey, Evan and Dave but they were mind-controlled by Oscar.

Ellie arrived at her apartment. She was going to go with Charles to get revenge on Oscar. Unlike the old Henry who suffered depression, Ellie handled it better. Well sort of. She would always cry in her bed every night. Usually she wouldn't cry for any man. But Henry stood out. He may have abandoned her at the very beginning they met. But Henry only did it because he was shy. Then he grew confidence. And even got out of his way to save me when he was told false information. He cared for her just as much she cared for him. She felt inferior to Henry which was the reason for the breakup. But all it did was have him nearly commit suicide. Ellie learnt that if she felt that Henry was out of her league. She should have talked to him. Ellie learnt her lesson but now Henry can't even feel emotions of any kind.

Henry at his mansion, had a therapist arrive. It was the same one from the government who only came because Henry paid her more than the government could pay.
'So Henry what seems to be your problem?' Linda asked.
'I can't feel anything physically or emotionally' Henry replied.
'Oscar tried to make me a mindless slave but luckily I was saved except my emotions were erased.' Henry answered.
'Why do you want to feel emotions?' Linda asked.

Should Henry answer

'I want to have emotions to get my missions done better' or 'I want to be more human'.

Throughout this book Henry will either become more or less human depending on his responses or actions so choose wisely.
