「 3rd person's pov 」

"mr. jeon, are you listening to me?"

jeongguk snapped out from his deep thoughts as he heard his last name being called by his worst professor, mrs. kang.

fuck, i'm thinking about taehyung too much. he thought.

"yeah. i am."

he bluntly said. mrs. kang lets out an annoyed sigh and crossed her arms, staring at jeon's bored figure.

"then would you mind answering the problem which is written in the board behind me?"

"as if i have a choice."

jeongguk stood from his seat as he went to the front to answer the fucking problem. his classmates staring at him in awe especially the girls, some are even blushing and squealing quietly.

well, i'm the handsome but cold hearted jeon jeongguk.

"this? a piece of cake."

he rolled his eyes and grabs the white board pen, starting to write down the answer on the white board after he've read the problem. once he was done, he puts down the pen and went back on his seat as if he didn't just answered a very damn hard question, or problem.

"good job mr. jeon but that kind of attitude is not allowed to me. don't you have some manners? i'll be sending you to the detention again. seems like it's your favorite place now."

mrs. kang said which made him scoff and looks at the window beside him again.

the rest of the class went by and it's now break time. jeongguk went to the cafeteria alone while wearing his infamous poker face.

as he was walking, he felt someone clinging on his right arm. the scent made him cringe and scrunch his nose in disgust. the scent of a slut that he hates so much. his ex, hwang yeji. (a.n: iluv all itzy members so dont hate me.)

"jeonggukkie~ please come back. i won't really give up you know?"

she whined and stomps her feet on the cold floor of the school. annoyed, jeon pulled his arm from her grasp.

"get lost."

he muttered coldly and continues walking with her following him.

"fuck, don't you have anything to do aside from annoying the shit out of me?! don't you know what 'i dont like cheaters and i hate them' means?! if you don't then SEARCH IT ON FUCKING GOOGLE AND FUCKING FUCK OFF!!"

the students around them gasps and starts gossiping as jeon snapped and sent death glares to yeji before walking off.

yeji crossed her arms while watching jeongguk's figure getting small from the distance.

"i won't give up on you, jeongguk."

"bro, you looked annoyed. any problem?"

namjoon taps jeongguk's shoulder whose face is pissed, sipping on his favorite banana milk. a cold person who loves banana milk. funny, right? but jeongguk doesn't give a fuck about it.

"the slut clings on me again."

jeongguk sighed and munched on his banana sandwich.

"yeji? she's annoying though. but let me tell you something."

namjoon scoots closer to his annoyed friend to tell a news.

"what?"

"jin agreed on going on a date with me!"

namjoon grins happily and ate his pasta. jeongguk just chuckled and hums, making namjoon froze and looks at him wide eyed.

"congrats then, hyung."

jeon's mind starts flooding with taehyung thoughts again, causing him to smile.

"did you just chuckled? and look- you're smiling! where's the cold jeongguk who never smile and chuckle to anyone? did someone possessed you?"

namjoon gasped. jeon rolled his eyes at his friend.

it's because of taehyung.

"shut up hyung. i'm right beside you."

jeongguk went back on eating his sandwich while still thinking about the beautiful barista. he admit that he's beautiful and cute but he dont date guys. well, that's what he thought.

"taehyung. you shit."

sighing, he sips on his banana milk one last time before grtting up to leave and visit the cafe again.

"gguk! where are you going?! who's taehyung?!"

namjoon's questions gains the few students' attention.

"who's taehyung?"

"is it jeongguk's crush?"

"what's with taehyung? is it a girl?"

"whoever he or she is, they're lucky."

"no way, jeongguk oppa is mine!"

jeongguk ignored the gossips from the students as he stormed his way towards the certain cafe, 'jin's cafe'.
