The city is controlled by the Italian mafia, the Colombian cartel, the Hong Kong Triad and the Russian mafia to keep everything in balance for their drug trade operation. I, Aaron Rorke am a mercenary for a for-hire service known as Lagoon Company. It's the only crew I can be with while hiding from the CIA. I even hid from them to keep my family safe. I've been in Roanapur for way too long that I've starting to change. I was feeling like my old self...a black ops assassin who kills without any remorse and my skills are evolving and I becoming more deadlier than I used to be. It gets harder and harder to keep myself controlled...it's pretty obvious that this city changes people.
