In the morning the entire crew was ready to set sail with the ship resupplied and Luca happy after having remained watching. The weather was perfect, with a lot of wind all the sails were loose and the boat at full speed, all wanting to reach the Star of Fire. During the day we were practicing tying knots and other necessary things that a good crew should know; Trevor calls me yelling, handing me his telescope and showing me where to look, there was in front of us the ship we wanted to find, the Star of Fire. I rang the bell and they all came up on deck, we informed them that we had Longbeard in front of us and everything they had been taught they would have to put to the test.
The Fire Star was huge, so it made it a bit heavier to move against the Amaluna, which got closer with every minute that passed. Out of nowhere in front of us a whirlpool begins to form, the water began to revolve and swallowed everything around it.
"What the fuck is that ?!" I yelled as Trevor at the helm tried to circle him.
Going at high speed we were almost inside it, we were being dragged. Trevor gave a shout ordering us to drop the anchor to stop and what we did was buy a little time, but we were already on the edge of the whirlpool spinning around being dragged to the bottom of the sea I could see how some men fell into the whirlpool towards his death. The sails were tearing and the strings dancing in the air. Our adventure had come to an end; Claudia ran out of the interior of the ship and climbed over the railing and holding onto one of the ropes, she began to speak in a strange language, her eyes surrounded by her blackened veins, she took out a knife and cut her palm, spilling a lot of blood on the center of the whirlpool, a white light begins to explode revealing all the sea creatures that were inside it, the walls had been broken and when they stopped rotating they pushed the ship towards the surface. The mast did not hold and fell on the deck, the ship had been destroyed, but we were still alive. After what happened, we all turned to Claudia asking ourselves so many questions.
"Yes, I'm a sorceress," Claudia confessed.
