"Excuse me Ma'am," I heard my secretary called me.
Agad akong napalingon sa kaniya.
"Yes?" I asked.
"Someone wants to meet you ma'am, he said he's a friend," my secretary said na kaagad nagpakunot ng noo ko.
A friend?
He?
Is he kidding me?
"No, I don't have a friend. Palabasin mo siya," utos ko.
Tumango lamang ang sekretarya ko bago umalis. Maya maya ay bumukas ulit ang pinto.
"Ma'am he said he's referring to Castor, he is Castor's friend. He said you know the reason kung bakit nandito siya, pinadala daw siya ni Castor, at kailangan niyo daw po siyang papasuki—- "
"Ok, ok, ok..," I said cutting her off.
This must be the friend Castor was talking about.
I sighed.
"Fine."
"Let him in," I said and continued reviewing the papers my secretary gave me.
Tumango lamang ang sekretarya ko bago umalis. Pagkatapos ng ilang segundo ay biglang bumukas ang pinto.
Tumambad sa akin ang isang matipunong lalaki. He's tall. Iyon kaagad ang napansin ko sa kaniya.
He's hair is black and it's in a clean cut. He got a perfect jawline. He has dark brown eyes and long eyelashes. His nose was narrow and perfect on his high cheekbones. His jaw was grayish from the obvious shaving of a thick stubble.
And his lips..
He has a pinkish and soft cupid bow lips that will make you wanna taste it.
Wait..
what?
I suddenly shook my head.
Ano ba itong iniisip ko?
I cleared my throat.
"So, ikaw ang pansamantalang papalit kay Castor?" I asked.
"Yes," he said in deep manly voice.
I nodded.
"Okay? So what are you doing here?"tanong ko habang nakakunot ang noo.
Ano'ng ginagawa niya dito?
Castor can just email me about him right? At required pa ba ang magpakita? We can just meet each other if there's something important to talk about.
"I came here to personally introduce myself," he said looking straight into my eyes. His eyes looking at me intently.
I felt shivers down my spine. He's aura is scaring me! Can he atleast smile?
"I'm Greg Andrius Nicolaì. I'm part of the private investigation team. Ako muna ang pansamantalang papalit kay Castor," aniya.
He sighed.
"Ok?" sabi ko. "Is that all? Is that why you came here? To just personally introduced yourself?" I asked.
He closed his eyes and nodded.
