My breaths started getting heavier as I gasped for air, the room began closing in with tears flowing out of my eyes. I came from under the water sitting on the ground in the shower rocking back and forth sobbing. I was in a ball fully naked with the water still running, I looked at my hands watching them shake rapidly, my heart was beating faster than ever. I finally calmed myself down then I got out of the shower putting nothing but a big t-shirt and panties on. I walked out of my room walking downstairs as I seen literally everyone.
Everyone- hey yani
Yani-...
I walked into the kitchen grabbing a water bottle from the fridge as soon as someone came up behind me. It was a tall figure against my back, I suddenly turned around to dejuane being behind me.
Yani- why are you here
Dejuane- the kickback of course. Why you here?
Yani- I live here.
Dejuane- oh
Yani- yeah.
I walked past him bumping him with my shoulder, I walked upstairs into my room slamming my door. I moved my covers around so I can get under them as I got in the bed, then someone walked in my room. You gotta be fucking kidding me.
Dejuane- hey
Yani- what-
Dejuane- I just wanted to say I was sorry about earlier and I'm more than happy to work with you on this project
As I took a sip of water I choked on it when the words escaped his mouth
Yani- uhm- you- wh- it's- it's fine..
Dejuane- cool, can I join you? You seem kinda lonely
Yani-sure..
He got in the bed with me laying on the other side on top of the covers, I then turned on a scary movie as I made myself comfortable enough to fall asleep.
Dejuane- yani
Yani- hm?
Dejuane- can we get to know each other some time?
I decided to be nice and let the grudge I had for him go
Yani- sure..
Dejuane- lemme see your phone real quick
I looked over to my dresser grabbing my phone and unlocking it when I gave it to him. He took my phone putting his number inside making his contact "𝐷𝑒𝑗𝑢𝑎𝑛𝑒🖤🏁"
