Lamides POV

I was always one if the first people to get to school because I was the punctuality prefect and if I didn't get to school on time I could get punished.

I met small yansh in school. What a surprise.

" Ah ah edidiong this one that you are in school early..what happened" I asked really surprised

She just rolled her eyes " first if all is it a crime to come to school early and I came because my cousin needed to be here early so he can get his uniform and books for your information"

"Hollup, she had a cousin coming to this school" I thought. I inwardly hoped that her cousin wasn't the boy I saw in the office yesterday because that boy was too cute to be related to edidiong.

"Wait is it that boy that came for the interview yesterday??" I asked to be sure.

"Of course, can't you see that the beauty runs in the family" she said rolling her eyes

I was about to burst into laughter but I held my self" wait when you are referring to the family are you also included"

" Of course..what are you insinuating" she replied giving me a death glare.

I quickly replied telling her it was nothing to avoid trouble because I wasn't ready for this mad girls problem this early morning and besides a hot boy is coming, I needed to be in my best behavior.

Can't believe I'm obsessing over a boy who has never talked to me or probably doesn't know I exist..well he might know today.

"Lamz, lamz...what are you thinking of now"
Tianah said jacking me out of my reverie.

" Nothing oo, just that the new boy is in school but nobody has seen him yet sha" I replied giving her a funny look.
I got myself ready for a very long lecture on boys, but I was so shocked by her reply.

"Continue daydreaming about boy eyeh, don't come for assembly" she hissed and skipped to the hall for the devotions.

I just ran behind her shouting at her to wait for me. This girl was just too wicked.

Tiana's POV

Students had already gathered in the hall for the devotion and some of them took the advantage of teachers not been there yet to cause commotion.

Few minutes later, the assembly started. We did the usuals, sang our anthem and the national anthem and pledge. Teachers have speeches which was very annoying because it wasn't like we were in a ceremony or anything like that. That part mainly was my most dreaded aspect of the assembly. When we were done, we were supposed to March to our classes but the principal came up on the stage again and started saying something u wasn't listening to.

A few seconds later, I heard girls squealing and I was wondering what was making all this mad women to start shouting. I would have known what was happening but I was busy admiring my new shoes and that was when lamide tapped me.

" Guy look look, the boy I was talking about" she said grinning in my ear. I looked up but u couldn't get a clear view of the person because I was standing at the perfects corner.

Lamide created space for me and then I moved to look at him. Behold I saw an angel walking towards the pulpit. Others saw him walking normal, but I saw him walking in slow motion, with lights beaming from every corner and and some choir voices. I think I was hallucinating, so I cleared my eyes and looked at the boy again. OMG, his blue eyes, brown hair, perfect set of white teeth,wonderful legs, and those cute dimples just made want to faint. I wanted to scream but I held my self knowing fully well that j was in school and I also didn't want him to think I was a crazy person, that was if he could even see me from where he was standing.
