Renjun rushed through town while the maid hobbled after him, her too searching for the young mafia leader -future mafia leader.

Their eyes danced through the densely populated streets, their aching legs being ready to collapse beneath their own weight as the time told them of their hour long search.

"Did he head home already? I mean he could have arrived home just as we left," the maid wondered, her once quick steps turning into meek patters of defeat against the cobble stoned ground.

"I know he's here somewhere. I can almost feel it."

To anyone else this would have come off as a strange statement, yet to the woman who had watched their unbreakable bond grow, it seemed quite fitting to say such things.

"If you say so."

Taeyong's heavy breaths were held in as the soft clicking of dress shoes against the stone floors of the third floor below, rung in an echo effect.

His chest ached mildly from lack of breath, while his hand clutched onto the that gun he kept close to him.

Once another familiar face - likely a gang who had heard of their kindness to the girl - passed by, the young leader could release the breath.

He felt the hot air fan back against his face after bouncing against the wall.

He was nervous. Of course he was, Jisung, the boy he had watched grow up into the man he was today, had disappeared off the face of the earth.

Not to mention Seyeon. It was true, Taeyong had always struggled with his emotions, getting each one mixed up since early childhood due to the way his family had been run by two absent and criminal parents.

Renjun was the light at the end of what felt like a never ending tunnel. The Chinese had defined love, passion, anger, fear, sadness. He had put Taeyong through all of them, and the best one had been the surprise, the surprise of Jisung.

Although he was still slightly muddled, he knew that Seyeon would be counted as a part of the family, even if Renjun wasn't all for it, because the love hearts in Jisung's eyes were the same love hearts that the co-leaders had seen in the eyes of those passing by with normal lives.

Park Jisung, who was once labelled emotionless and untouchable, had crumbled to his least favourite thing in the world - a woman.

And even if the teen couldn't see it, everyone else could, except for the equally as oblivious Lee Seyeon.

Oh yes, Taeyong was indeed quite excited to see how the undeniable attraction could possibly bloom to a flower of love...

Sup guys!

Sorry that the last few days, and likely the next few, have been all over the place with all my books. I've been celebrating my birthday - safely - with friends and family.

I'll try to keep them regular, but the next few days will spent with family and...school. Ugh.

Anyway, sorry for the long ass author's note!

Aofa
