"Here." Keigo hands me a necklace with a single red feather.
"What is it?" I ask taking it.
He smiles as the feather moves to my face tickling my nose before going limp again. "So I'll be with you no matter what."
I smile gently putting it around my neck. "Please come home and don't make me have to come get you." He wraps his arms around me kissing my neck.
"I will. I promise." I pull away kissing his lips before turning toward the door.
Titan meows making me look down.
I smile kneeling down and petting him. "I'll be back in a week. Don't let him do anything dumb." I say kissing his head before standing back up.

"Fucking hell!" I grunt pushing myself back to my feet looking over at Rumi.
"Too much yet birdie?" She smirks winking at me.
I roll my eyes taking to the sky again circling the building surrounded by petty criminals.
Some citizens are inside of the burning building. "Miruko, keep those guys off my ass!" She nods as I dive down crashing through a window looking around.
A little girl and her dad huddle in the corner her dad keeping her from the flames.
"Hey!" I sprint over covering them with my wings.
"Please. Please take my baby girl." The man begs shoving his daughter into my arms.
I shake my head holding her with one arm and grabbing his hand. "Hold on tight."
Flying back out the window I set the two down where medics wait.
"PHEONIX! THERES STILL MORE!" Quickly I leave them going back to the building.
Scanning the different rooms I see no one and start to panic.
The feather around my neck floats up gently caressing my face calming my nerves enough for me to gain more focus.
Listening I hear several people yelling for help.
I smile quickly finding the group of people.
"How many of you can walk?" I ask.
Several of them raise their hands. "Okay." I nod picking up two little kids who sob. "The rest of you stay under my wings."
Quickly my wings protecting them from the fire we make our way out of the building.
Rumi helps people away from the building and I hand the two kids to a police officer looking back at the building as the entrance collapses.
"You got everyone?" Rumi asks walking up to me.
I nod stretching out my wings. "Good cause we've got another situation a few blocks over."
"Fuck okay." She hops onto my back before I lift up into the sky.
