solitary confinement

Y/NS POV
I got out of bed real early and got dressed cause today was the day I get to be in my first mr beast video. I've filmed for jimmy a couple of times but I've never been in a video before "HEY CHANDLER!" chandler walked into my room half asleep "yeah what?" I rolled my eyes "we gotta go to the warehouse like... now."
"oh shit. I should probably put on real clothes then" chandler walked off to his room to put on some clothes "yeah probably should" I whisper under my breath. I put on my shoes on and waited for chandler to come down. oh I got a text from karl

karl ❤️

hey, do you wanna drive to the warehouse with me?

"chandler I'm gunna drive with karl cause your taking forever!!!"
"Okay see ya!" I sat outside on the sidewalk wait for karl and after about five minutes he was here. I got in the passenger side of his car and greeted him "hey man what's good?" I hugged karl quick and he started the car "I'm good just kinda nervous for this challenge"
"whys that?"
"oh you know I just haven't won anything so its gunna be embarrassing if I lose again" I put a hand on karls shoulder in reassurance "yeah it will suck when you lose to me" we both laughed and it seemed to lighten the mood a bit more

"hey you guys made it!" jimmy greeted us when we were inside and we sat down with Chris and waited for chandler to arrive. since I was only invited yesterday I don't actually know what we're doing "hey jimmy what are we doing today?"
"well basically its gunna be a last to leave solitary confinement but since we only have room for three participants your gunna have to share a room with karl... which I know isn't solitary confinement but you two will probably drive each other crazy so it's fair." I nodded "wait why with karl?"
"cause he's small" I nodded and laughed "hey I'm not that small!" karl protested. he stood up trying to prove something until chandler walked in and stood next to him "hey y'all"

the cameras were getting set up and jimmy was preparing to so the intro. i was standing next to karl and i whispered "I'm nervous" karl grabbed my hand "you'll be fine" i smiled a little and then the cameras started rolling "hey what's going on guys! today we are doing last to leave solitary confinement wins $20,000!! today we got Chris! and we got chandler! and we got karl! and a new contender y/n!! there all gunna be in separate rooms except y/n and karl cause we don't have enough space but uh... it's fine I guess"

karl and i went into the room and sat down on the floor. it had one bed, one toilet, one sink, a one-way window and some speakers. oh boy, this is gunna be interesting.

karl pulls out his camera and starts recording "so me and y/n just came inside and were defiantly gunna win this cause uh were the best?"

"yeah except were not on the same team, karl." karls face fell "oh yeah.. well we can be a team until the other two get out" i nooded in agreement and then fist bumped karl. karl turned the camera off and put it away "so were probably gunna be here a while... do you wanna-" karl got cut off by the sonic the hedgehog theme song playing. of course that's what they chose. "oh god I was waiting for this to start... this is what we did to jimmy when he was in this... well i should probably document this"

KARLS POV

i pulled out the camera once again and set it up on the bed facing me and y/n i press record and then covered y/ns ears, they followed my lead and covered mine. oh god i feel like k could just pull y/n in and kiss them.. woah. that was a weird thought.."IM GOING TO GAME END MYSELF" i stopped recording " that should be a good enough clip... so as i was saying" the sonic theme song was still playing and y/n probably couldn't hear me so i had to yell "HOWS IT GOING LIKE IS EVERYTHING GOOD?" im not the best at small talk... "OH WELL ITS FINE I GUESS??" y/n yelled back... this was gunna be an interesting couple of days

we were about nine hours in, the sonic theme stopped a few hours ago and chandler just got out so it was only me, chris and y/n left. i hope y/n doesn't leave any time soon, i like being alone with them we've been talking about a lot of interesting things... like turns out y/n is single so uh thats really good to know.

it was about one in the morning and jimmy and the camera crew had gone home, now the only thing watching us was a camera in the corner of the room. i was sitting on the bed and y/n yawned "you tired?"
"yeah a little bit" they stretched and lay on the floor "well you should get some rest before the boys come back" i stood up and let y/n get in the bed, there was only one so it looks like ill be sleeping on the floor. y/n sat up "hey karl you can um get in with me if you'd like.." they seemed a bit nervous to ask, i smiled "well if you don't mind... sure that would be nice" i climbed in the bed and y/n quickly grabbed my waist and buried their face in my chest "...you're warm" my face heated up a little bit "so are you" i put a hand on y/ns back and rubbed it with my thumb, it seemed as though they had drifted off to sleep so i kissed their forehead and went to sleep

Y/N POV
i felt something soft touch my forehead. it was karl's lips... i think... probably not though cause he doesn't like me like that... right?
