"Is everybody here?" Isabella smiled calmly, taking her seat at the head of the table and bowing her head, closing her eyes and clasping her hands together, "now then..."

"Thank you for the food!"

They could not go outside.

Their options were to get shipped out or to take the path to become Moms.

"There are no Humans outside," they were told, over and over again, "compete."

In the small society called the Farm, to continue to support those who ruled them was the sole way for Humans to survive in the world. They wouldn't be killed without a fight; even if they couldn't win, they could strike a counter-blow.

The brats would escape, and take down Isabella. It was against her inclinations to give the children that unordinary pen, but she figured the children could have it.

So they better escape.

They're good at playing tag, right?

Run away.

Escape.

Survive.

And then destroy the awful place of a world they lived in.

There was no such thing as a way to live on the farm, only the daily life of pushing death upon one another.

Back in Grace-Field House, the children had finished lunch, blissfully unaware of the unfortunate calamity that had struck.

The sky... was so beautiful...

"Good luck," the girl murmured, Ray nodding as he dashed upstairs. Nodding, she turned to the Gilda and Don. "We're going to go through with the escape in six days. But... I want to escape tomorrow if we can... before Mom and Sister make a move."

"We can break the tracking devices," confirmed Norman, "what's left is the inspection... let's go."

"Once we finish the inspection, we escape."

13:00, the inspection of the escape route begins...

Ray would distract Mom while Norman and Emma inspected the vicinity. As for Don, Gilda and Azalea, they'd wait for the signal just in case he failed to distract Mom before letting Emma and Norman know to cancel the inspection.

"Please... let this go smoothly..." whispered Gilda, staring up at the said window.

"So... let's start switching out the drugs," Ray nodded, climbing up the stairs as Isabella trailed after him with a sly smile. The boy frowned, gazing back at her slightly. It was strange; he hadn't seen Sister Krone for a while... was it just his imagination? Where was she? What was she doing?

"I got rid of her," the woman behind him smiled coyly as if she could read his mind, her smile widening as he turned with an alarmed expression, "I got rid of Sister Krone."

The boy remained silent, his breathing quickening as he dashed upstairs and slammed open the door, breathing heavily as he stared into the vacant room.

"I didn't need her anymore," the woman stated suddenly, the boy's eyes widening in both fear and shock, "that's why I got rid of her."

The boy turned, eyes widening as the next two words slipped out of her mouth.

"You too..."

"H... huh?" he whispered in disbelief.

"Our little deal is over, right here and now," she stated calmly.

"I'm fired as well?! Why?!" he whisper-yelled, his heart thumping as his mind wandered back to the escape plan, suddenly questioning if it was going to go to plan; his voice raised an octave in panic, "you want to use me so that you can control Emma and others indirectly and peacefully from behind the scenes!"

Outside, Azalea, Gilda and Don were staring at the window, their hearts thudding against their ribcages in anticipation.

"Is it... going to work?" whispered the dark-skinned boy.

"Exactly," she agreed calmly.

"I was doing a good job, wasn't I?!" he pleaded, "to you, I'm..." words failed him.

"Yes, you were a useful, faithful lapdog," she neared the boy as he cursed mentally, "that's why I kept you by my side... even if you're a liar and traitor."

Yeah, that's right... the boy tried to convince himself, even if she's suspicious... she hasn't found out! And even if she has, there shouldn't be a problem! As long as I'm useful! As long as she can control us, including me!

"There shouldn't be a problem, right?" the boy growled, "as long as I'm useful!!"

As long as I'm useful! Everything should be fine!!

"Yes... it's true that there was no fault with you," she dismissed, "this is an unfair dismissal." The boy opened his mouth to speak, but the woman wasn't finished. "It's also unfortunate for me, this was unforeseen, Ray, I didn't want to let you go until the end."

"So then-" the boy's hopes were slightly raised.

"But I have no choice," she interrupted curtly, taking out the tracking device as the boy's breath hitched, "the situation has changed... from now on, I'll control them on my own."

She stared down at the boy as he felt small, smaller than usual. His hands shook, forming fists as he shook his head, muttering inaudible things under his breath. Smiling at his fearful condition, she walked out the door and locked the door from the outside, the boy growing more fearful.

"I'm sorry, Ray... please forgive me for what I'm about to do." His eyes widened as he ran to the door, slamming his body into it

"No... no, no, no, no, no, no, no, this can't be happening," he whispered, pained, a tear sliding down his cheek, "this... this can't be happening... c'mon..." he slammed his body against the door again, only to fail and for the door to remain in its place.

Isabella placidly, quietly walked out of the House, the girl's eyes widening.

"Azalea, where are you going?!" whisper-yelled Don, whirling around.

"To tell Emma and Norman!" she yelled back through gritted teeth.

You two... have got to go through with the plan, no matter what!!
