I couldn't brush my teeth, shower, or even eat breakfast without turning red. My mind was all over the place, but no matter what I was thinking or doing, it all came back to the thought of 'us.'
As I stood frozen in the middle of the kitchen, my warm hand hovered over my lips as I stared off into space.
He kissed me.
On the bridge, we first met.
"I like you too, Bambi." He breathes it out after the kiss.

Snapping back to reality, I shook my head violently to get that damned kiss out of mind. I quickly grabbed my bag and rushed to get to the bus station on time.

-At work-

Da Won set up the counter and was sweeping the cafe when I walked in.
"Morning!" She chirped.

"You're early today," I placed my bags at the back of the station. "I thought the party was going to hold you back." The apron settled securely on my waist.

"You will never catch me slipping!" A grand gesture flew from her small frame.
"Anyways, where did your rush off at the party?" she resumes her chores. "I couldn't find you."

"Don't worry about it." Tightening my hair tie. "Jin went MIA, so I got worried but, I found him, and we decided to go out."

"So you mean out 'out' " her eyebrows danced with a sly motive.

Chuckling at her demeanor, I shook my head. "Don't be a perv. We went for a walk. I was feeling a little out of it."

"Whatever you say, y/n." She says in a sing-song tone.
My mind wandered off to last night again. Every moment was screening across my mind like a movie.
"Snap out of it!" She clapped her hands aggressively near my ear.

"What?" I stammered in a daze. I refocused my vision by rapidly blinking my eyes, blinking my way out of that dreamy memory.

"Stop daydreaming, and we've got a customer." Da Won exclaims, hearing the cafe's entrance bell ring.
Settling behind the coffee counter, I got ready to take the order.

"Caramel Machiato, please."

"Tall, grande, venti, trenta, short or demi?" I stated the cup sizes with a big pleasant smile.

"I'll have tall, please."
'such polite customer.'

"Here's your bill, kindly wait-" I cut off my sentence midway. "Oh. Jung Hoseok?" I asked more like a statement to a question.

"Yeah, nice to see you, 'just y/n' " he playfully arches his eyebrows. I slightly chuckled while I told him to wait at the dining area for his order to be served.

Jung Hoseok! One large caramel macchiato!" I yelled as customers waltz in and out of the cafe.
He grabs his order with a warm smile. "See you around." I greeted.

"Same here." He nods. "Bye, noona!" He voiced out from the entrance, waving us both his farewell before leaving the cafe with his drink. After serving a few customers, She settles behind the counter alongside with me.

"Never knew that brat leaves his studio," she scoffs.

Amused by her childish complaints, I told her the alternative."Maybe he wanted some fresh air."

"Fresh air, my butt!" She scoffs harder than the last time. "He just wanted to prance in his new shoes. Anywho, Do you want me to make you some coffee, it's our break time anyway." She suggests.
Da Won's coffee was beyond relaxing as we both sipped on the straw while staring out of the cafe till we reopen it at the end of our break time.

-After work: On a date with Jin-

"It's our first date. Where do you want to go, Bambi?"

"I-I'm not sure. Anywhere is fine." I said nervously, playing with my mini slingback, fiddling with its strap.

"Let's grab a bite and head to the infamous lover's park." He cheered as he marched down the sidewalk towards a cafe.

-'Lover's Park'-

"Jin." Blank faced than ever. "This is not a park," I stated, with no ounce of life in my voice.

"Isn't the beach so beautiful!" He exclaimed with his hands thrown up in the air.

"What about Lover's park. I thought there was an infamous lover's park."

He chuckled, that smile light up his eyes as tiny sparkles shone under the moonlight. "Arent you so gullible, my dear Bambi." He said in a singing tone as he pinched my cheeks. He gently rested his arm on my shoulder and guided me towards a white mat, laying across the cold sand in solitude.
We sat down side by side to enjoy the ocean's calming view.
"It is a lover's park," he stated, gesturing me to look to my right.

Far off in the distance, two people with linked hands joyfully waltzed around, barefooted in the cold sand.
"Oh." I mouthed.

"Here, I know you like sweet-sour candy so, I got you a jar." He mumbled with heated cheeks as he handed me the jar full of candy.
'so sweet.'
I lightly kissed him on his red cheeks. Instantly, a heavy blush crept up to his ears and neck.
He started coughing to clear his throat.

"Want to slow dance with me?" His arm outstretched, waiting for me to take it.

"I do." I nodded and grabbed his arm as he pulls me up towards him.
One handheld mine gently. The other snaked around my waist as Jin started to sway with the breeze.

"Are you happy?" He asks, resting his head against mine.

"If happiness is being here with you like this, then I'm happy." I smiled.
We danced and swayed and laughed with each other. It was like a beautiful dream. I never want to wake up.
The breeze was cold but, Jin's jacket and sweet words warmed me up from inside out. He felt so warm that I melted in his embrace. I've never felt so at home.
"All this is real, right?" I couldn't help but ask the flawless human that never let me out of his warm embrace.
