Bailey POV

5 months at Sway 

I am so much happier then a month ago. Jaden and I were still doing really well, we have been dating for 3 months now but feels like its been for a lifetime. He has this new thing of taking me on surprise dates, whether its for coffee, lunch or just a walk. I enjoy being around him. I never went for therapy. I spoke to Jaden a lot more now about how I'm feeling when life gets bit to much. He was so supportive and was always ready to listen to me. 

The other guys around the house were doing great. They were working on new projects and keeping busy. I have been hanging out with them a lot as well. I think they were lowkey trying to convince me to stay in LA and not move back to Connecticut but I still hadn't decided. 

I went over to the hype house to speak to Tony because it was something I had to do to move on. We on good terms now. Everything was resolved with what happened in Vegas. I was so happy about that because I could now be around him, Ondreaz and Tayler without it being awkward. 

I have not spoken to Ryland since the incident. I still can't get myself to do it. It's not easy being around the hype house with him there but we just don't acknowledge each other and carry on with what we doing. 

I spoke to Aunt Leah and told her everything that has happened. She was very supportive and didn't rush to get me into therapy or something. She really took the time to listen to me and process everything I told her. We enjoy going out at least once a week to spend time with each other unless she is travelling. 

The girls and I were really good. I didn't tell them everything but I told them I was going through mentally challenging things but I have sorted everything out and we all good. We hang out a lot and are all just vibing at this point.

I had a little over a month left in LA and everyone was starting to ask me if I was going back to Connecticut. I hadn't made the decision yet but I knew very well if I left LA it would break Jaden as well as me. Jaden had become my best friend and living apart from each other was going to be difficult. This situation played on my mind a lot but I then realised, I had no one in Connecticut except my parents who travel a lot. So most of my time in Connecticut would be alone anyway and I would be travelling back to LA frequently to visit everyone.

The guys and I were sitting in the living room, playing video games when my aunt came in to talk to me. 

Leah: Hey everyone. Bailey, can we chat? 

Bailey: Yeah, everything okay?

Leah: Yeah, we can talk in the kitchen. 

I got up and walked out to the kitchen. 

Leah: I know things are going really well for you right now and you back to your old self. 

Bailey: Yes and I hope you not about to ruin that.

Leah: Please don't say that. 

Bailey: What is going on? 

Leah: I don't know where to begin with this but its so important that I tell you this. It might help with your decision about going back to Connecticut. 

She handed me a brown envelope. 

Bailey: What's this? 

Leah: Just open it. 

I opened the envelope and pulled out a sheet of paper with lot's of writing on it. 

The top of the paper said; Paternity Test Certificate 

Bailey: What's this for? 

Leah: Read the bottom. 

I scan the paper till I reach the bottom. 

Conclusion: Based on the analysis, it is proven that Miss. Leah Garcia is the biological mother of child, Bailey Barnett.

Bailey: You lying. Who is my father? 

Leah: Jonathan.

Bailey: The fucking bastard that raped me is my father? Is this some kind of fucking joke? 

Leah: Bailey, I'm extremely sorry. 

Bailey: Then my opposed parents...who are they?  

Leah: Your mom is my sister. 

Bailey: So what you telling me is my parents are actually my aunt and uncle and you are my mother. Why the fuck was I living with them? 

Leah: Because I had you when I was 16 and I was to young to be a mother so my sister took you because she was 21. 

Bailey: It makes sense now. That's why they haven't contacted me, they don't actually care. They never have. 

Leah: Of course they did baby. They have raised a beautiful young lady. 

Bailey: I have to go. 

I leave the paper on the kitchen counter and walk out the house. I run down the street and around the corner and sit on the ground. Did this have to happen now? I was in such a good head space. Was this even fair on me? Yeah I deserve the truth but not right now.

Jaden POV

I hear the door shut so I get up to go find Bailey. I walk into the kitchen and find Leah there. 

Jaden: Oh hey. Where is Bailey? 

Leah: She left. 

Jaden: What? Why? Where?

Leah passes me a piece of paper and I read it. 

Jaden: What? Seriously? Where did Bailey go? 

Leah: Out the door. 

I drop the paper and rush out the door. I run down the street to hopefully find her and I found her around the corner. 

Jaden: Bailey.

Bailey: How did you find me?

Jaden: Doesn't matter. Leah showed me the paper, you okay?

Bailey: I'm not even hurt about it, I'm confused. Seriously confused. How did my family manage to keep this a secret for 18 years. You will never guess who my father is. 

Jaden: Who?

Bailey: Jonathan.

Jaden: The douche that-

Bailey: Yeah. He raped his own fucking daughter. How disgusting. 

Jaden: And your parents?

Bailey: That's my aunt and uncle. My 'mom' is Leah sister. 

Jaden: That is fucked up. 

Bailey: It really is. I can't even be mad at Leah though. She was to young to look after me so she did what was best and gave me to her sister. I could of been given to any random family. I just left cause I had to think for a second.  

Jaden: Baby. you have had worse happen to you. You will get through this one easily. 

Bailey: It's just funny that my 'parents' haven't spoken to me in 5 months and it makes sense now. I was never really their kid so it didn't matter to them. But it's fine. kinda cool that Leah is my mom. Come let's go back to the house. 

We get up and walk back to the house. It was weird that finding this out didn't hurt as much. I just hated who my father was. Disgusting person. So happy I was not in contact with him. 

We arrived back at the house and I had a good chat with Leah. We were both happy. She sent my 'parents' a message to inform them that I knew and then we started organising a get together where I was gonna tell everyone my decision.
