"Are you sure it's her?"

"Positive."

An evil laugh broke through the cell.

"Wonderful."

"Should we take her now?"

"No"

They flinched at the angry voice.

"No, the wedding is when we'll make our move. Do not forget who were dealing with here. Slip this into her drink when the time is right."

Zuko.

The next day, Sokka insisted they all take dance lessons.
Apparently there wasn't much dancing in the south and he just couldn't make a fool of himself.

"Why do we have to? Can't you take them by yourself?"

Sokka gasped dramatically, putting a hand over his heart.

"Because you're my family Toph! And family, doesn't let family take dancing lessons for their wedding alone!"

Katara rolled her eyes.
Zuko pinched the bridge of his nose.

Only Aang and Iroh seemed excited.

"I think it's a great idea! Come on Sifu Hotmen! Let's get pumped to show off our moves!" Aang said, jumping around the others.

"Can I hurt him please?" He asked Katara.

"Not in public." She deadpanned.

They shared a look before laughing together.
After last night, thing's had seemed a little less tense between them.
He thought so at least.

He'd hardly slept last night, for fear that he'd call out for her and she'd hear along with everyone else.
He wasn't ready for that conversation just yet.

"Come on guys! We're gonna be late!" Sokka said, taking an amused Suki's arm and dragging her to the door.

"Let's go before my brother has a heart attack." Katara said.

He offered her his arm and she took it as if it was the most natural thing in the world.

Maybe dance lessons wouldn't be so bad.

He was wrong.

He ended up paired with Toph and he was pretty sure his toes would never be the same.
Even worse, Aang had gotten Katara and was enjoying himself a little too much in his opinion.
Didn't she leave him?

"Sparky!"

"What?"

"Don't you have to move in order to dance?"

"Oh, sorry." He hadn't even realized he'd stop til Toph reprimanded him.

A sly smile spread across the earthbenders face.

"You know what, I'm going to dance with Twinkle-toes. Full offence Sparky, you suck at this."
And with that she dragged him over to Katara and Aang and next thing he knew, she was standing before him.

"Hey." She said awkwardly.

"Hey."

"So....ummm-"

Seeing her red cheeks was probably the cutest thing he'd ever seen.
Could he possibly affect her the same way she did him?

"Dance with me." He cut her off, holding his hand out.
