The Pain We Felt

                        (Yeonjun's POV)
As he was leaving I realized that he left his phone on the table. I picked it up and saw his lock screen. It was a picture of him.

I thought he looked cute so I decided to take a picture of it. Then I finally realized what was happening so I knew I had to return his phone. I quickly got up and ran as fast as I could to see where he went. Luckily he wasn't too far ahead and was turning the corner. I was chasing him but then took a look at how he walked so gracefully. He put one foot in front of the other. Some people would think that there is nothing special about it but, the way he did he somehow made walking look so graceful. He started to speed up. I was really curious why until I realized that I was following him. So I quickly sped up and tried to get a hold of him.
I quickly got ahold of him and tapped him on the shoulder next thing I knew there was a fist that was about to punch me until I stopped it with my hand.

"Whoa don't worry it's just me. You forgot your phone at the place."

"Don't scare me like that."

"How did I scare you baby?"

"Oh I don't know maybe you scared me because I heard footsteps behind me and then realized that they were following me so I had to hurry and then you tapped me on the shoulder so I had to protect myself."

"Oh yeah. Sorry about that but here is your phone."

"Thanks. For returning the phone not for almost giving me a heart attack."

"Yeah sorry about that but do you mind if I walk you home?"

"I am not saying this to be mean but we kinda just met and I don't think I want a person I just met to know where I live especially after I thought that they were following me."

"Fair enough but your acting like we never have kissed my little baby."

"But that's different."

He started walking again so I just walked beside him. He seemed flustered by the question. Who knew it would be this fun and this easy to tease him.

"How?"

"Well that's just ummm it's just different okay."

"Sure but look at where we are."

He didn't realize that we had already walked to his house. It had lights outside and had flowers all around his front yard. The flowers were beautiful all different kinds and they seemed like they were really taken care of.

"Really. Just pretend you don't know where I live you can go now bye."

"Sure bye. Wait you forgot your phone."

"Thanks for the ice cream and thanks for returning it."

"Hey you forgot to say thanks for another thing."

"For what?"

"For the kiss."

"Bye"

He quickly turned around and opened the door and went inside. I just chuckled to myself at how he gets teased so easily. When he grabbed his phone from my hand our hands touched. His hands were soft yet nothing could compare to his soft lips.

(Soobin's POV)
As I walked in I made sure that my parents weren't home. Luckily they still haven't came back but my younger brother Taehyun wasn't home. I called his phone and then he picked up.

"Hi Soobin."

"Taehyun where are you?"

"I am at Beomgyu's house."

"Why mom and dad said that you couldn't go out during weekdays."

"Mom and dad also said that you couldn't go to any party's when it's a school night."

"If you don't tell I won't tell."

"Deal."

"Okay have fun but if you get home after mom does you remember the plan?"

"Yes I remember bye."

"Bye."

I went to my room and then got ready for bed. I heard a knock on the door. I got up really annoyed since I have told Taehyun multiple times to not forget his key.

"Taehyun how many times have I told you to remember your key."

"Oh thank goodness you opened the door, just if anyone knocks and asks for me tell them I am not here."

"What. Yeonjun whats going on."

"Just can you please hide me."

"Yeah but can you tell me what or who you are hiding from."

"I can't say but can you just please make sure whatever you do don't let it see you or me."

"Okay then."

His eyes were pleading with fear. He looked really stressed and all I wanted to do was give him a hug and tell him that everything was going to be okay because I was here. So I did and he started crying.

"I am sorry Soobin I usually don't do this I promise but no one has ever told me that."

"No it's okay Yeonjun let it all out."

"Thank you."

"No need to thank me."

We just sat on the couch with Yeonjun crying in my arms. It felt like time stopped and it was amazing. Then he slowly looked up and leaned in. He kissed me again. I slowly melted into the kiss and our lips were in sync. Little did I know that would be the thing that such an innocent kiss would be the start of my pain.
