Creek: Well the twins know everything about the school, and they told us that there would be a drill today. Branch came out of class and hid here. While i just skipped class. Seriously though when it comes to lock-down drills you DON'T wanna be with your teacher and the classmates

Poppy sat next to Creek and smiled, not even saying a word to Branch. All Branch could hear was giggling and chatting. He was getting really annoyed.
Creek: Poppy there is something i want to ask you....
Poppy: Yeah?
Creek:..I know this is a bad place to ask but......Will you go to the dance with me?
Poppy:...Of course!!! *hugs*
Branch: *thinks*...dang it...
Poppy: I can't wait!...Branch are you taking anyone?
Branch:....No..I might as well not go..
Poppy:What?! Branch please come..I want you to be there
Branch:...I guess i could go...i don't know..
Mr. Toronto on the speaker: All clear!
Creek: I guess we should get out of here
Poppy: Yeah lets go.
A few hours later at lunch
Legsly: Omg I'm so excited for the dance
Delta: I guess..
Barb: I'm not
DJ: Why?
Barb: It means going with someone, and like someone would ask me anyway... *rolls eyes and then looks down*
Poppy: Oh come on Barb! You're gonna get a date. I mean i got one!
Harper: Wait who?!
Wani: Was it Branch?!!!!

Aspen: First of all no, second of all I'm already going to the dance with Moxie. Anyway here *hands note* Bye *walks away*
Barb: Huh *reads note out loud* "Dear Barb, I've liked you for a while, I'm hoping that you would go to the dance with me. If you wanna know who I am then meet me under the cherry tree after school. From ???"
All the girls: OOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Barb: *blushes* Stop it....i wonder who it's from..
Venus: *comes and sits next to them* Hey girls!
All the girls: Venus?!
