Branch: *Sits next to her* ...Are..you okay..?

Poppy: *wipes away tear*...n-no...I-I saw Creek kissing..Venus..

Branch: *Thinks* Wait...what?! Oh that slut..!

Poppy: But I'm fine....

Branch:..I-I' m sorry.....for lying and yelling and...

Poppy: It's okay...It doesn't matter anymore...*sheds tear*

Branch: *wipes tear away and hugs* It'll be okay

Poppy: Thank you Branch...

The two looked into each others eyes and started to lean (LIKE THEY DO EVERY SINGLE TIME).

DJ and Barb: Poppy?!

Poppy: *pulls away* U-Uh yeah?!

DJ: Oh we were looking for you! Are you okay?

Poppy: Y-yeah I'm good *smiles*

Barb: Well okay *walks inside with DJ*

Branch: *thinks* Is this gonna keep happening to us....?

Poppy: *stands up* I gotta get going...

Branch: *grabs hand and stands up* Wait are you going home?!

Poppy: Y-yeah...there's no need to stay..

Branch: Wait....just one dance......please...?

Poppy: *blushes a bit* U-uh...s-sure 

*Afterwards* (Outside)

Poppy: Anyway..i should go..

Branch: Wait are you gonna walk home?

Poppy: Y-yeah..

Branch: I'll take you home...

Branch: *laughs* Come on *opens car door*

*After the car ride in front of Poppy's house*

Branch:  Well..i guess this is it....

Poppy: Yup..and hey..i had a lot of fun tonight..thank you

Branch: You're welcome...

Poppy: *kisses cheek* Bye! *walks in*

Branch: B-bye!...

The next day was the weekend! This weekend Poppy as home alone, her dad was working late and her sister was at a sleep over. Poppy wore a light pink summer dress and had her hair in In french braids. She was cleaning the house and casually singing "Ice Cream by BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez"

Poppy: Come a little closer 'cause you looking thirsty I'ma make it better, sip it like a Slurpee. Snow cone chilly get it free like Willy in the jeans like Billie You be poppin' like a wheelie. Even in the sun you know I keep it icy -

Poppy: *opens door* Hello? Oh Branch! Hey come in!

Branch: Hey Pops what's up?

Poppy: Oh nothing just cleaning I guess

Branch: Oh so where is everyone?

Poppy: My dad is working late and my sister is at her friends house for a sleep over.

Branch: Oh okay....um hey....are..you okay..you know with the whole Creek thing..?
