Xavier returned after some time. Aurora had no idea where he had been but he held a bag in his hand. She looked up to him, his glowing emerald eyes shining down on her. There was something in her holding her back, a fear she had not yet understood. Saying yes was just not an option for Aurora yet.
"Find anything?" he asks
"No, I'd like to know more about music" Aurora says as she turns back to glance at the instruments in the corner.
"If you want to, you will love" he catches her off guard with another kiss. "Let's continue on than" he states grabbing Aurora by the waist.
Seeing as they stopped on the way to the hospital the drive remaining was short. They pulled up to the huge building. Aurora still found it shocking to look at such large structures.
Leading her in Xavier held onto Aurora. His touch radiating throughout her. It didn't take long for them to make there way to Eliza's room. She is sitting up when they enter.
"Hello Eliza" Xavier and Aurora speak closely in time.
"Hello Aurora – Mr. Wolfe" she answers.
"I am going to go find the doctor" Xavier said turning and leaving. Aurora noted that he didn't seem to stay long when they visited.
Shaking the thought from her head she made her way to Eliza's bedside. After pleasantries they began talking. Aurora told Eliza about her night, Colton and how Xavier had caught him. Eliza could tell something was on Aurora's mind. Something she wanted to say but wouldn't.
"What is it Aurora? Something you want to ask?" Eliza bluntly spoke.
"Xavier asked me to go with him" Aurora spoke fidgeting with her hands. "Said he would work it out with you guys after" she added reading Eliza's face.
"Honestly I don't see Kurt having an issue with finding a deal with him when he wakes up. Is this what you want though?" Eliza's voice was caring. Aurora is a bit shocked by Eliza's question.
"I didn't think what I wanted mattered?" Aurora was emotional. Never having this in her life made it hard to continuously hear people asking her what she wanted.
"Things have changed Aurora, Russell is dead. We can show you a different life" she tells Aurora.
"What do you mean?" Aurora is on the edge of an emotional breakdown.
"If you don't want to go Aurora you have a home with Kurt and I" Eliza spoke honestly.
Aurora didn't know what to say, how to interrupt what Eliza had said. "Like another Gala?" Aurora asked nervously.
"No, nothing like that. No ownership just a person living their life" her eyes holding Aurora's.
"I truly don't know. It is so confusing; I don't know what to choose. I thank you though, you've shown me a lot of kindness" Aurora grabs Eliza hand squeezing it.
"I wish I could only have been there for you sooner" Eliza speaks with real emotion tears in her eyes.
"Me too" Aurora's admission only deepens the knife in Eliza's heart. "What do you know about my mother's manor?" she adds.
"Hmm" you can tell the women is thinking by the way her eyes go off and to the left. Trying to recall what she knows. "It is on Maple Lane, Jayme has all the paperwork for it. I could have someone at town-hall and a lawyer look into it?" Eliza gives Aurora all that she knows.
"Please do" Aurora voice is fading as the decisions raddle throughout her brain.
Xavier enters the room with the doctor at the worst moment. Both women looked over in shock. Regaining themselves from their emotional talk they both cleaned up in their own way.
