prompt : it's a rainy day and san and seonghwa spend the day baking and cuddling.

making my way into the kitchen i suddenly have a sweet, sugary smell flooding my nose - smiling to myself i realised it was probably my precious boyfriend baking again.
once i went in i was right, i admired my boyfriend and watched him for a moment, leaning against the doorframe.
san had his tongue poked out to the side a little, eyebrows furrowed as he focused on what he was baking, flour already spilt on the front of his grey apron but that didn't seem to bother him too much. he was humming along to "dynamite" by bts as he cracked an egg, gently opening it and letting the inner contents spill out into a bowl, putting the shell in the bin once he'd finished. san truly was beautiful , it made me so happy just watching him do these things, he effortlessly looked adorable.
a soft patter of rain hitting the window was heard, glancing to the side i saw that it was raining lightly, not badly but enough for it to sound calming and want to stay indoors wrapped up in blankets. and in my case i'd definitely spend my day like that with my sannie.
finally the other boy realised i was here against the doorframe, his eyes lighting up as he grinned brightly and dorkily, his dimples making an appearance.
quickly brushing his floury hands off on his apron he ran over to me, giving me a massive hug.
"seongie baby i'm making cake for us!! gmorning!!" he beamed happily, looking up at me with glossy eyes and a bright smile.
i gently wrapped my arms around his waist, enjoying his reaction to me coming in, kissing his forehead i let out a light chuckle, feeling endeared by my beautiful boyfriend.
"that's amazing baby, good morning to you too, do i get a kiss from such a precious boy on such a say?" i asked softly, my morning voice shining through- knowing this was san's weakness i pouted my lips, awaiting his.
san listened to what i had said, his cheeks darkening in colour, i like the effect i have on him, it's amusing to watch him turn all shades of pink.
shortly after processing what i said the younger boy went on his tip toes, wrapping his arms around my neck, me pulling him closer as he connected our lips into a soft kiss.
san giggled ever so gently into the kiss before pulling away, grinning like a child who'd just been given his favourite sweets.
"i love you hwa" san stated softly, pecking my lips one more time before going back over to the counter, beginning to bake once again, stirring in the milk with the flour.
i could only smile fondly in response, i'd gotten so lucky with my boyfriend and it honestly made me so happy to see how adorable he was , everything about him was so perfect. from his laugh , to his dimples, to his dorky personality, to his kind heart, to his dance... you get the point. i could go on forever about how much he meant to me.
"i love you too my baby" i spoke once again, going over to where he was, walking around to behind him so his back was facing me, wrapping my arms around his small waist, resting my chin on his shoulder, close to his ear and neck.
i felt san's cheeks and ears heating up from where i was, realising i was making him flustered i smiled slightly, tracing my hands up his waist, along his body slowly, underneath his shirt.
san gasped and shuddered at my touch before turning around in my hold, flicking flour in my face and booping my nose, a cheeky grin on his face.
"now now seongie, what did i say about acting like that whilst i was baking? don't do that hmmm i'm trying to make a cake !!" he playfully scolded, rolling his eyes, his smile still visible though before he turned away again, pouring the cake mix into the moulds, placing them into the oven after.
"sorry baby~ i won't do it again if you give me cuddles whilst we wait for the cake to bake?" i teased back , poking his side before walking away to the sofa in the living room.
i heard san gasp lightly in response and also the sound of oven mittens dropping on the counter as well as another thing, which i presume is was his apron. shortly after i looked up from the sofa where i was laying and saw my precious sannie walking over towards me with a beautiful shy smile and pink cheeks.
opening up my arms for him , he gently climbed on top of me, resting his chin on my chest , his hands placed either side of me.
he truly looked ethereal right now, his beautiful, shining eyes, his full cheeks with his soft smile.
wrapping my arms around san's waist again, i lean down to him, littering his face with many gentle kisses, making him exhale softly, light giggles leaving his mouth too.
"seongie how does your mood change so quick? i got lucky with you!! my precious toothless cuddle bear~" san cooed in a soft, honey filled voice. smiling at his words, i simply replied.
"who knows how i change from that to soft quickly, maybe it's because i'm with you- my precious sannie who i love very much" i smiled lovingly down at him, pecking his lips once i noticed how red his cheeks were going.
the ambience of the moment right now was so amazing and gentle, it really felt so calming and it made me so happy.
nothing felt nicer that cuddling my boyfriend, exchanging light kisses too whilst listening to nothing but the sound of gentle rain and our breathing.
he was perfect, this was perfect. everything felt so perfect.
it's so euphoric and sweet.

wowie that was my first pov that was 3rd in this oneshot book !! i hope it was okay, sanhwa isnt a ship i normally focus on but i find the pairing so endearing, and to be honest i just wanted to write some more fluff to leave gentle pauses in- between the smuts lolll
but next up will be the 1st yungi smut of the book so 🧚♀️
