Happy Days

HUFF....HUFF....
"Kris!! Kris open the door it's me Violet,Kris!!".
The door opened and Kris fell into Violet's arms. Violet helped Kris to his feet and took him to his room.
"You're so weak",said Violet.
"There is always a price to be paid for any decision you make....my love", said Kris.
Violet looked at him,"Why did you choose tp do this?".
"Because I want to be with you a little longer", said Kris putting Violet's hand on his chest.
"Then.....until the day you disappear I will never leave your side",said Violet lying on Kris' chest.
Kris' pain started to succumb. He felt much better,but his price for the decision of life had not been paid yet. As for Violet she knew that her decision to be with Kris will only cause her pain in the end she was ready to pay the price of love.
Kris sold the company and Violet got another job at her Aunt's company and as long as Kris was around she didn't have to attend her work.
"Vi darling"
"Yes"
"Let's go somewhere, somewhere we could be only the two of us,a place for us to live in peace".
"Where ever you go, I'll follow".
Violet and Kris left for that peaceful place for them. There they lived happily only the two of them. Kris married Violet before they left, but as the fates would have it the two were not meant to have any children,but Violet thought that it was for the best.
"Could life get better?",asked Violet.
"If it got better than this then it would be heaven", answered Kris.
"The sunset is really very beautiful",said Violet,"If only I could stop time,then we would be here forever".
"If you could stop time my love,then it would not be fun",said Kris,"Being with you would not be wonderful and my love for you would never grow. That's why it's better like this".
"But  your time is nearly up",said Violet.
"Just know that even if I'm not physically here with you, I'll always be by your side no matter what",said Kris trying to comfort her.
"These days will forever be in my memories",said Violet.
At night the two would sit by the fire place after dinner,they would talk about how their lives would be without each other,how exhausting it was to even think about the future and all that cheesy stuff.
Life for them was perfect,too perfect that sometimes they even thought that nothing bad would happen.
For 3 months the two had a wonderful and perfect life,but then it was time for the price to be paid and everything was about to change.
