The night draws in,
Pure darkness fills the sky,
The stars dance in the parade of the moon,
Serenading one another with sweet nothings,
They meet, their eyes sparkling with glee,
A long relationship closing together,
As the night slowly fades away,
They fizzle out,
Hoping to be reborn another summers night,
The night has gone away,
The sun chases it out of the way,
Once again a king on a summer's day.
