Once it grew beautifully,
like bliss in the summer heat,
days pass,
time ticks away,
unravelling its vines once again,
thriving to survive deep within my head,
colour fading, dripping away,
the delicate petals fade from red to grey,
beginning to wither, i push it away,
no one listened, no one said,
its thorns embedded into my flesh,
it runs like a river of crimson red,
engraving snow with ink of red,
you cry as you feel it, fooled once again,
the appearance was a trap,
you reached a dead end,
you flail & scream as the vines bind, the thorns embed,
it lives in your nightmares,
fueled by the fears in your head,
eating you alive, no one can see it..
its no longer dieing inside, its eating into your head..
