It was a cool night, the waves crashing ever so calmly on the sand of Beach City. Jon and Evan were having a chat that fateful night, both pairs shoes placed right next to them, with Jon having placed their pair of glasses in their pair of shoes.

"Can you get them to write out the steps?" Jon asked, "no, I-I don't think it's just about the dancing. When they fuse, they glow and kinda faze into each other" Evan pondered, his fingers lacing together to show the 'fazing into each other', his brows furrowed. "I don't know if I can even do that!" Evan stated. being a half gem, half human hybrid. "Well, I thinks it's amazing you were a led to dance with them at all! I could never do that!" Jon chuckled.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Evan asked, "I've never danced in front of anyone before" Jon confessed, "really?" Evan asked again. "Yeah! There was a dance at my school, and I was really excited about it! But I just couldn't bring myself to go, I just couldn't stop thinking about everyone staring at me" Jon stated, their gaze cast downward on the sand.

"Well....no ones staring right now!" Evan said, staring into Jons eyes as his head shot up, "um, you are" Jon states blatantly. "Oh..yeah one sec" Evan let out as he blushed a little, pulling his phone out of his pocket. He turned on the device before playing a song, and placing the device on the sand. "What I was trying to say was...Come dance with me!" Evan said as he stood up and covered his eyes with his arm.

Jon thought about it for a second, before grabbing Evans hand. Evan peaked through his fingers, before removing the arm from his face and smiled, before pulling Jon closer to him.

The two danced around on the sand, Jon let out a giggle before Evan spun them around "woah!". Evan laughed before running off to dance by himself. He stopped momentarily to see the beauty that is Jon dancing, Both teens laughing. A small blush appeared on Evans face again.

They both ran towards each other, before going around each other and running at the other again. Evan had his arms above his head in a triangle like shape, while Jon had their arms out like a bird (a/n: birb) before accidentally crashing into Evan.

Evan fell back like the dramatic bitch he is, and Jon reached their arms out to catch him. They ended up in that dance move where you dip them down (a/n: I don't know what its called, don't kill me please)

Blush arose on both of their cheeks before they both started to laugh. they rested their foreheads against each others, before Evans gem started to glow.

everything went black for a second. The fusion opened their eyes and asked "whoa...why am I- why is your sandal too small for my- your feet?" the fusion felt around its body before finally stopping at the gemstone. "Evan..." "JON!" the fusion yelled, gripping on their hair "I-I did it!" the fusion said to itself, "you did it?" the fusion said before trying to stand up, "wait- ugh- no! this is..GREAT!!" the fusion said finally able to get up.

"oh my god! look at you now!"

"I'm a fusion..." the fusion said before giggling and running around on the beach, and tripping over on a rock. the fusion coughed before saying "I have to show everybody!"

Tyler, Brock and Garnet were all in shock when they saw the nameless fusion "pretty cool right!" the fusion said, "he fused... with his best friend Jon?" Brock asked himself, Tyler laughed before saying "Brock look at Garnet!"

Both gems looked over at the perma-fusion who had a look of excitement on his face. Brock looked back at the new fusion before saying "this is unprecedented" walking over to the fusion "a gem fusing with a human being" he said, making the fusion a bit uncomfortable. "its impossible! or at the very least inappropriate..." Brock uttered.

"Wow~ you two look great together! How does it feel Evan! Jon! Jovan!" Tyler asked, "It feels amazing!" Jovan answered, "yes well i'm glad you're enjoying yourselves, but you two should unfuse this instant!" Brock said.

"Wait what?! Brock you were so worried that Evan wouldn't be able to do this! aren't you proud of him?!" Jovan asked, "Of course I am! I-" Brock defended himself before asking "Garnet help me out here!"

"Jovan" Garnet started walking towards Jovan "listen to me. You are not two people, and you are not one person, you are an experience! make sure you are a good experience! now, GO HAVE FUN!" Garnet said

🖤cut to Jovan outside🖤

Jovan was having the time of their life running around outside running on the grass, doing cartwheels too. They had come to the point of the cliff they were running on, and peaked over, before jumping of the edge into the ocean. screaming as they did so.

They had reached the shoreline and laughed, still in the the water. a growl from their stomach ruined the moment they had, they looked up and spotted the big donut.

"No!" Sadie said, "sure" Lars said, rolling his eyes, "Lars, seriously!" Sadie Protested, "I- I don't, I- don't-" their conversation was cut off by ding of bell made, indicating there was a customer. Both employees blushed, "h-h-h-how can I help...me" Lars said, a quiver in his voice, sweating. "two donuts please" Jovan asked, wringing out their sopping hair. Lars got the bag of donuts and dropped the bag on the counter.

"What do I owe you?" Jovan asked, holding two magically not wet 3 dollar bills (a/n: I may be aussie but I know some american stuff) "uh haha..." Lars laughed, "NOTHING! Its on the house" Sadie said slamming her hands on the counter. "really?" Jovan asked. both employees nodded, "okay~ but just so you know, that isn't a very sound business practice~" Jovan said, leaving the store, and leaving both Sadie and Lars starstruck
