Girls' Night

"Omg what happened, tell me everything." Yuri grabbed at shook me, demanding answers. I told her everything that happened up till this point.

"You're the team's manager now seriously?"

"Yeah, it could be fun plus I think it would make my dad proud he always wanted me to get into volleyball." I said with a sad smile. I then heard a knock on the door. Yuri got up to answer the door, I picked up the the brown wig, put it on and followed behind her.Yuri opened the door revealing Grey standing outside. He stared at me.

"Miss what on earth are you wearing?" Grey looked shocked, I took off the wig and awkwardly smiled at him.

"Karma you know him?"

"He's my manager, Grey meet Yuri my roommate."

"Pleased to meet you, care to explain the wig miss?"

"I didn't want to cause a disturbance so I borrowed Yuri's wig to blend in. My silver hair is really unique so I thought maybe covering it up would help me blend in."

"Okay then, thank you for helping Miss Karma, Miss Yuri." Grey bows to show is gratitude.

"It's no problem" Yuri says while Grey stands up.

"Miss I brought your suitcase as you instructed" Grey hands me my blue suitcase.

"Thanks so much Grey, we'll keep in touch okay." I take the suitcase and say my goodbyes to Grey. Grey leaves and I start to unpack my things. When I'm finished, I shower and get dressed for bed.

"Hey you're heading to bed already? It's only 9:30 pm." Yuri looked surprised to see me ready for bed.

"Well I'm not tired but I intend to sleep tonight you know."

"How about we have a girls' night just the 2 of us?"

"I'd love that, I've never had one though so what're they like?" Being a famous actress at such a young age doesn't leave room for normal life so I miss out on a lot of fun moments like these.

"We can watch movies and talk about all kinds of things."

"Okay then let's start" I plop myself down on the couch next to Yuri.

"You pick a movie and I'll get the snacks" Yuri hands me the remote and gets up. I put on Netflix and flip through many movies but I have no idea what Yuri would want to watch.

"Yuri, what would you like to see?"

"Hmmm I don't know how about you?"

"I don't know either, how about an anime?"

"Oh there's one I been wanting to watch lately' it's called Saiki K it's a boy with pink hair"

"Found it" I pick the show and Yuri comes back with the snacks. After a couple of episodes, Yuri turns the show off.

"Hey we were almost done the season"

"I know but if we finish it too soon what would we watch together? Let's talk for a bit"

"Okay, about what?"

"Well how's your life at home? Parents, siblings, pets?"

"Grey is my only family, my parents are dead" I look down at the chocolate bar in my hands.

"Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't know" Yuri quickly apologizes, I shake my head.

"It's totally fine don't stress about it" I smile at her.

"How about boys, tell me about that rumour between you and what's his name Nakamura Ren." I shake my head.

"We're only good friends, there's nothing going on there but what about you?"

"Woe is me when it comes to love" Yuri puts her arm on her head and puts her hand upwards in a dramatic pose. I laugh at her.

"Hey can I ask a question?" Yuri looks at me. I nod and she asks me "How come Grey acts more like a butler than a manager?" I give her a confused look. She sighs and says "He calls you miss and acts like a butler"

"I don't know he used to be so fun and laid back but after the jump in my career and the death of my parents I guess he changed to suit my new lifestyle but only in public. When it's just the two of us he's his fun self."

"Oh, ahh Karma it's 5:00 am we gotta get ready for school." Yuri drags me off the couch and we both get ready for school. I didn't sleep that night but I was starting to feel like a normal teen already.
