11-fight with Riley

Seeing that i was able to walk properly, Mom allowed me to attend school. Still yawning, i walked downstairs as the sweet smell of pancakes filled my nose, making me smile. 

"Good morning Mom." I smiled, licking the syrup which Mom was spreading over pancakes. 

"Morning, Evie." Mom smiled, serving me breakfast while i filled my water bottle. 

"Morning Dad." I smiled, taking a seat besides Dad. "Morning." He replied, reading his newspaper and sipping the tea. Seeing that everyone was smiling and was happy, made me feel good. Something which was missing was my siblings. I don't know when we will get to be together. 

Shaking the thoughts away, i munched on my pancake when Dad got up and left for his office. 

"Evie, cmon, be fast." Mom scolded as i was taking too much time to complete my breakfast. 

"Done." I spoke up, walking upstairs and quickly grabbing my bag.

"Bye Mom." I waved and then i quickly turned around, stopping Mom and walking up to her, "Mom! I forgot to tell that today I'll be going with Arianna for a little shopping for the fashion contest." 

"Oh. Do you need money?" Mom asked. 

"Yes." I nodded and she took out some cash and handed it to me. 

"Thanks Mom." I smiled as she drove off. 

"Arianna!" I waved at her as she turned around smiling at me. Walking up to her, i bumped into someone and i fell on the ground. 

"Oww." I cried, rubbing my head. 

"What the f*ck!" I heard the other person cursing and i instantly knew who it was. Riley. What a good thing to start a day. 

Arianna pulled out her hand and helped me getting up. 

"I'm sorry." I apologised, even though it wasn't my fault at all. "F*ck your sorry. You broke my phone." Riley growled, showing up her broken phone. I looked around to find everyone looking at us with much interest. 

"I told you I'm sorry." I repeated again. 

"you b*tch!", She raised her hand, straight towards my face as i tried to block it but then i heard one of our teacher's voice and she stopped abruptly. 

"Miss.Riley Jones!" Thundered Mr. Patrick (our headmaster),"Is this a way to behave with your other classmates?" 

Riley's eyes widened in surprise as she apologised,"I'm sorry sir but it wasn't my-" 

"Stop it." Mr. Patrick glared,"I saw what you did. I don't need any explanation. Detention today. 2pm sharp." 

She nodded and i just tried to stop myself from laughing (i have a bad habit of laughing at serious moment). 

"Everybody, straight to your class." Mr Patrick ordered and me and Arianna walked off to our locker. 

"When she gets out of detention, I'm sure she'll eat me alive." I chuckled, taking out my books. 

"Don't worry. I don't think she'll try again." She laughed along with me,"Are you still up with going shopping?" 

"Yup." I smiled,"Mom said yes." 

"Great." Arianna grinned,"Ah.. Here comes your boyfriend. See ya around then." 

I never understood why Arianna left me alone whenever Anthony was with me. Maybe she Dislikes him, though i don't know why. 

"Hey, i heard about Riley." Anthony spoke, hugging me sideways,"You alright?" 

I nodded, frowning at his actions. Why does he even care if I'm alright or not? After all, he's the one who hurts me most of the times. He almost killed me yesterday and now look at him today, being all sweet and caring guy. I can never understand him.
