"Another nightmare, huh?" says Solaris, feeling numb, perhaps the aftereffects of the dream. He lay down on the bed, seeing the sunlight enters his room. It reminded him of how he got his name from, based on what his mother told him, and then, the memories begin to flow into the realm of consciousness. "Do you know why i gave your name Solaris? I used to watch sunlights bathing in my room, and it somehow gave me hope, to thrive in my life to become a better person, day by day. And when i saw you for the first time in my arms, you smiled at me. Your smile shined like the ray of sun, brightly and radiate hope. Since then, you are my hope and inspiration to me and your father. Then, the name Solaris came to my mind and it's an Ancient Hebrew's translation of the ray of sun and it resonated...like I feel that it important for me to give this name to you...", says his mother to Solaris, her final words before she went on vacation with father, until...
Before Solaris could manage to cry, the alarm's ringing, breaking the illusion of the past. " It's almost 7. I need to get prepared to work". Solaris slowly wakes up from the bed and go bath. He's not in the mood to eat so after he's finished, he went to work. As he went down the stairs, he met up an old man, with his bag full of tools and lots of shoes in the other bag, as he's a cobbler, eager to repair the shoes. "Well, well. Hello there, Solaris. *breathes in* What a great day today! The sunlight radiates brightly. I guess summer is coming near, ay?" says the old man, optimistically. "I guess...i hate sun, afterall..." says Solaris, feeling numb, as he don't know how to react like a person. He then, walk as fast as possible, leaving the old man behind, feeling confused, and dissastified with Solaris's attitude. Solaris immediately bring his phone out including his earphone, putting in his ear and play his playlist. "Much better" says his inner voice.
He passes through the crowd, without even bother to hit them away. After 15 minutes of walking, he finally reached his workplace, the hospital. He went to the psychiatric department, when suddenly two nurses greet him, " Good morning, Doctor Solaris". He just smile and went away. He then reach to his room,
