This month was the month for gruby season and if Amity knew Bosha, which she did then Bosha would be competitive. That didn't stop Amity from keeping her promise to willow, as soon as she saw Bosha picking on Willow she stood up for her. For the first time in Amity's life she didn't feel like a burden on anyone and it was a feeling that she would never let go of

After school Amity was walking home when Luz stopped her "Amity!" Amity blushed "Luz! You're here? I mean oblivious you're here this is school and you go here now with uh me" Luz looked at her confused "I'm gonna stop talking now" "Amity we need your help" "Yes I can help, with what exactly?" "Bosha won't stop picking on Willow but no one will do anything about it"
Amity frowned she wished she could help but Bosha only spook in gruby terms "I wish I could help but Bosha only specks in gruby terms" "Okay okay I get what you're putting down" "I'm not putting anything down" Amity said and before she knew it Luz challenged Bosha to a gruby match in willow's name
"Luz I'm not sure this is a good idea" "Nonsense, we can do this I know we can, who's in" Willow and Gus agreed and Luz turned to Amity "What about you Amity?" Amity started to have a gay panic "Me? On a team with you? Running around in cute uniforms?! Sweating?!" Amity face was full on red now "I gotta go" she said before running away

Amity finally calmed down and went to go find Luz who was sitting on the bleachers "Tough practice?" "I pushed Willow and Gus too hard, it's just I hate seeing Willow get picked on she's one of the best friends I've ever had, winning this game is the only way I know how to help" "You really care for her don't you?" "Well yeah but not in that way I like her as a friend" "So do you like like someone?" Luz blushed at this
"Yeah" This reply shocked Amity "Really? Who?" Luz grabbed Amity's hand causing her to blush "I think you know" Amity smiled a bit before softly kissing Luz, Luz kissed back and after a minute they pulled away. "Now let's go win this game"

The game finished and although they lost they had a feeling Bosha wouldn't be bothering them anymore. "Hey where's" Luz started to ask before looking over to Amity on the ground "Amity!" Luz said before rushing to her side "You okay?" "I think so" "Here I'll carry you, scoop" she said before scooping Amity in her arms, Amity blushed and kissed her cheek "Thanks" Luz smiled "Of course"
