3rd pov

The tournament was coming to an end so Naruro decided to leave early with Ino. Kiba said he would move back in with Shikamaru. Apparently he also has a new roommate. Sai left earlier because his ears hurt from the loud music. Sasuke and Neji stayed back to clean Kiba and Shikamaru's mess.

"Tch those two just ran off like a married couple! They left all of their food and garbage." Neji complained.

"Yeah I couldn't even go home with dobe." Sasuke added.

As the two boys cleaned up someone very familiar knocked on the wooden frame of the door.

"BOSS!" Neji yelled. Sasuke looked up to see the person who single handedly formed Friction. Sasuke definitely knew him very very well.

"Hello Neji, Sasuke...how was the tournament?" The unknown man said.

"Eh it was good, the beginners finally broke out of their shells. So what have you came here for? Since you're too late for the show why don't we treat you." Neji said very politely.

The man had a straight face which only meant...things weren't gonna go smoothly.

"Actually..."

Naruto's pov

I got really tired so I decided to walk Ino home early. We were both freezing so we took a short cut by Sakura-chan's house.

"Hey do you know what's wrong with Sakura? Why is she so sick all of a sudden?" I asked out of curiosity. Ino shrugged while playing with a strand of her hair.

"She just said that she was sick and had to go home...but she would never miss out on Sasuke, not even for the world." Ino said looking at me.

Hmmm...as I was thinking what was wrong with her I looked up to see Sakura walking her puppy! I tugged on Ino and ran up to Sakura. She only had pink shorts and sweater on with white fluffy slippers.

"Oi Sakura-chan! Are you feeling any better?" I asked as I speeded up to her.

She didn't answer me so I asked again.

"OI SAKURA-CHAN-PFFT!"

3rd pov

Naruto stumbled backwards where Ino caught him. In shock the blond looked at the very angry pinkett. She pushed Naruto...

He and Ino looked so surprised and shocked that she pushed him.

"Sakura! Why did you do that?!" Ino yelled. Naruto looked even closer to Sakura to see that she was crying.

"Sakura-chan...whats wrong?" Naruto asked softly. Sakura couldn't take it anymore and blew up.

"I CANT BELIEVE YOU! I THOUGHT YOU WERE MY FRIEND!" Sakura cried out.

"I am your friend." Naruto said with sadness in his throat.

"THEN WHY ARE YOU DATING SASUKE!" Sakura screamed at the blond. Ino's faced dropped and so did Naruto's.

"H-how did you..." Naruto stuttered.

"I was trying to sneak in the back to confess to Sasuke...BUT I SAW....I SAW HIM KISSING YOU!...THE WAY HE WHISPERED IN YOUR EAR...A-AND Y-YOU BLUSHED!" Sakura couldn't take a breath. Ino stood there quiet not knowing what to believe. Naruto started to feel the guilt hit him very hard.

"S-sakura...I'm so sorr-"

"NO YOU'RE NOT! YOU KNEW I LIKED HIM! NOW BECAUSE OF YOU I'LL NEVER HAVE THAT CHANCE TO BE WITH HIM!...I HATE YOU! STAY AWAY FROM ME!" With that Sakura stormed off to her front door crying. Her puppy followed her.

There was a long silence in the air until Ino finally spoke.

"...you mind telling me whats going on?"

Naruto wiped his tears and turned around. He took a deep breath and nodded.

Ino's front door

"So...what do you think?" Naruto said with sadness.

"...let me think about this...but just so you know, I personally don't care. I'm happy you found someone new you love but...it had to be Sasuke?" Ino looked at him with worry in her eyes.

"I guess...I have feelings for him and got what was coming to me...hey I'll see you later." Naruto waved with tears building up inside. Ino waved back as she walked into her house.

Naruto made his way to his house.

Naruto's pov

What have I done! I knew she loved Sasuke and she wanted to go out with him.. IM SUCH AND IDIOT! great Naruto now you're a whore...slut basically anything that describes me right now. I can't believe I lost Sakura's trust...AGAIN!

I walked over to my porch and got out my house keys. When I entered the house I saw my adopted father Iruka sitting at the dinner table.

"...Dad? You're home!?" I yelled kinda happy.

"Welcome back Naruto. Yes I'm home for a while since well..." he stopped and got up...HIS FOOT IS IN A CAST!!!

"DAD WHAT HAPPENED!?" He giggled and rubbed his head.

"As I was making my way to the college I bumped into some teacher and well...I fell hard on my leg."

"..."

As I was ready to help him down my phone buzzed.

Teme💞: hey...I have to talk to you can we meet outside.

The.Ramen.King: why whats it about?

Teme💞: ...I think we're gonna break up...

My heart stopped to what felt like a whole second then suddenly I felt a hand on me.

"NARUTO!"

Shit dad was talking to me.

"Sorry dad what did you say?"

"I said I hope you're doing good. I know I'm not here all the time but I promise once I get a promotion I'll make it up to you. I love you son." Iruka said smiling at me.

I teared up and hugged him.

"Thank you father...I love you too."

With that I walked over to the back door already feeling like shit. I saw Sasuke's car in the front of the house as I made my way over.

"...hey dobe...can you please get in so we can talk." Sasuke said with already sad eyes.

I nodded my head with no emotion and got in. We drove away to the top of a hill I lived next to.

We parked and stayed in silence until Sasuke turned to me.

"...Naruto I'm so sorry...but I have to break up with yo-"

NO!

"WHY SASUKE?! EVERYTHING WAS GOING SMOOTH UNTIL NOW!" I broke down into tears. Holding onto my chest like I was keeping my heart from breaking.

"Naruto I promise you I dont wanna break up its just..." Teme didn't say anything after that making me even more scared.

"...I am going on tour earlier then expected so I'm gonna graduate doing homeschooling...I wont see you again for a solid 3 years maybe 4..."

...with that said my heart shattered.

This cant be happening...right?
