chapter 5

Bucky pov

My wolf ran at lexy's wolf knocking her over. She got up quickly and was going to run at me when we both flinch at the sound of her ring tone. She partial shifts and quickly answers the phone. "Everything ok Anthony" she asks as i lay down next to her.

"I ran out of my suppresents and its to late to take them" i hear the man cry as my hearing is more intense when shifted. She sighs and runs a hand through my fur.

"Tony honey when was your last heat" she asks.

"When Harls was born."

"Shit ok. I'll be over in 25 minutes" i growl at her amd she glares at me.

Steve pov

I step out of the shower to see my phone buzzing. It was 6 30 and buck was picking me up at 7. I hated alpha's my ex was an asshole and since then i havent trusted anyone. Its been less than 24 hours i have already fallen for the brunette alpha.

My phone buzzes again and i open the messages. The first was from lexy, the second from buck.

'Have fun he hurts you tell me and I'll kill him' the first message says.

'Be with you in half an hour. Don't be late' i smile at his message and throw some clothes on.

Eventually the doorbell rang and we headed at a restruant. It wasn't fancy but it was fancy enough for a first date. "Table reserved for James Barnes" he says to the waiter and i smile at him. Once we sit down, we order our drinks. "So stevie what do you actually do for a living" he asks once our drinks arive.

"Joined the army when i was 18 however when i was on my third tour i go severely injured and i since then I've been going job to job as a body gaurd for the last three years. It's fun actually until you get asked to be on gaurd at one of lexy's clubs and get dragged away by a sexy brunette alpha" i joke taking a sip of my drink.

"I didn't drag you away you walked in on me getting dressed" he laughs.

"Anyway what about you" i ask

"My family were assholes so when i was 16 i got into the wrong group of friends when i was 18 i started training to become an assassin, litteraly just got out of it a month ago. Thats why i was at the club. She had invited me becuase it was safe now for me to be in the open."

"Sounds dangerous but you're ok now?"

"Yeah dont worry"

"Your parents couldn't have been that mean to you?" I ask

"I was raised as a traditional"

"Shit"

"Don't worry though may have been raised as one however i dont perform as one the only time it will ever come to the surface is if I'm extremely annoyed"

"Well i wont annoy you then"

"The thing is you will because you're one of the most bratty beta's I've ever met" he says laughing and i just chuckle.

A few hours later

Tony pov

I roll onto front and cry out. This is my first heat since Harley was conceived, that was almost 8 years go. I'm only an hour in and i already don't know if i can survive. Harley was with his aunty Nat for the weekend so at least he can't  see me like this and i can be alone.

I hear the door open and i start to panic thinking it was an alpha who broke in. "It's only me kitten" a calming voice says as she puts her hand on my back. "Calm down kitten i need you to listen to me ok"
