Bucky pov
I limp down the road. A hoodie pulled up so no one could see the scars marking my face and arms. We aren't gonna talk about the last 5 years.
I just got back to new york and I'm already regretting the choice i just made. I was walking up to the house I use to share with my beta. Stevie still lives there. I have tried my hardest not to even think about him so i don't know why I'm here.
Being here right now is more dangerous when we first got together. Hydra is on my ass and if they see me they will kill me instantly and everyone i love. I walk up the drive way and hit the doorbell.
"Hey" a lovely young lady says and i get confused. Shit i told him to move on didn't I.
"Hey I'm looking for steve" i say
"Yeah of course give me a second" she says before walking into the kitchen. She returns with the blonde just as i double over in pain from my several broken ribs.
"You ok. You look..." i look up at his sweet voice and he turns quiet. "Buck. I thought you were dead" i could see he was on the edge of tears.
He wraps around me and helped me into the living room. "What did i alway say. They cant kill me." I groan in pain. He pulls my hoodie down and gasps. My entire body was covered in old scars and fresh cuts.
"Honey do you mind grabbing the first aid kit"
"Yeah" she says giving him a quick kiss. I wanted to growl wanted to kill her however i did say for him to move on.
"Stevie..."
"Don't" He says obviously pissed off.
"Here alpha" she says passing him the kit. My eyes widen at that.
"Thanks. Buck this is my fiancee Sharon. Babe this is an old friend of mine bucky"
"Nice to meet you. Congrats" i say
"You too. Thank you. He is an amazing alpha"
"Yeah i know he is."
Next morning
"Morning bucky" she says as she walks into the kitchen.
"Morning Sharon how are you"
"I'm great how did you sleep the injuries looked back" she asks.
"It was ok. My neck hurts a bit."
"How long have you known stevie for?"
"Few years. why you ask?"
"Did he ever get these days where he gets extremely stressed and nothing can calm hin down" fuck sake. During the time of our relationship if stevie didn't have someone take control he would get extremely stressed out and it would end badly if he didnt get my care.
"Yeah"
"I'm going out today. You think you can calm him down" i turn to look out the kitchen and smile.
"I'll talk to him"
