His Darling (ON HOLD)

Hey guys,

Sooo, this is the first time I've come to say something like this about one of my books. So please bear with me...

Recently, MAX and his wife, Emily, have announced that they are expecting a baby girl in Sagittarius season. And writing Emily out is one thing, but I can't write out a child. I also now feel horrible that I have written Emily out in the first place.

And trust me, what I had planned in my head was going to be dark. And I honestly don't think I can do that anymore.

Thus, I am here to inform you that I will be completely rewriting the concept for His Darling. Start from scratch. It may not even have the same title. It may have the same concepts, or it may look like something totally different. I don't know what I have planned yet, but I want to make this book something I can be proud of.

I don't know when that's going to be yet, because I'm currently in my last semester of college (uni for those outside of the US), and it's a lot busier and a lot more stressful than I expected it to be. With that being said, I would like to try a whole new avenue for writing. Maybe not start it as a fanfiction and rewrite into a different genre after gaining traction. Maybe this time, use all original characters instead of writing fanfics. I believe it's time to evolve my writing style and my work; and I feel like rebranding this book will be a great place to start.

I know it's conveniently when my computer stops having problems. I know everyone hates these types of chapters. But this feels like a better place to put it than as an announcement. Besides, I'm tired of plaguing my announcement wall with computer updates just to say everything is still on hold for God knows how long I've put you all through this.

Thank you guys for supporting my work regardless. And I hope you can stick around for the new journey I'm about to take in my writing and enjoy it just as much as you did His Darling.
