Chapter 6:

Me and Johnny were in the back watching everyone that's when Soc's rolled up. They pulled up and 8 Soc's popped out of 2 cars, "Camellia Melissa Blossom. Nice to see you again." One said looking at Camellia with a smile. These Soc's are looking for a fight, I saw it in the eyes of all of them. It was almost like a mini rumble. "Who is he?" Dally asked looking at the guy that just spoke "no one. Look here I am not looking for a fight, and I'm not giving up." Camellia said to the Soc we all look at her suspiciously.

"Well I'm looking for a fight!" He says taking out a gun and pointing it at Camellia. Johnny and Two-Bit got out their switch blade, and then Camellia took out a gun and without hesitation shot the guy in the leg. His leg was a hue color of red an was bleeding out. Then all the other Soc's ran in their cars, We all ran to my place so the fuzz wouldn't catch us. Back at my place we all sat in the living room and, Camellia started shaking. I put a hand on her shoulder and she curled in a ball and tensed up. "Hey it's just me, Ponyboy." I say leaving my hand on her shoulder. She stretches back out and relaxes we were watching her. "You okay?" I ask patting her shoulder,

"No. That guy, was my brother, he was a greaser but my mom got abusive, and my grandma, so he abused me and then became a Soc. He didn't want to be a greaser anymore. My mom and dad were killed by him last night, now I can't believe I shot him." she teared up and I felt bad and so did everyone else. We all have her a hug. "What are all of you doing? I don't understand." she said tearing up,

"A hug." Soda said with a slight smile. She smiled a little and I felt a soft press on my cheek and it was Johnny. He kissed me on the cheek I blush and we all pull away from the hug. Me and Johnny haven't said anything to anyone about us. "Hey guys look at the sunset." Johnny says softly looking out the window, "When me and Pony were up at Jay Mountain we looked at one. It was a beautiful, he told me a poem he memorized it was... Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay. I bet y'all never looked at one, it was worth it saving the children. I want y'all to stay gold." They looked out the window and at Johnny, he's never said something that long and definitely not in front of Dally, Darry, Soda, Steve, and Two-Bit. "I didn't know you digged sunsets Johnny." Soda said as Johnny was looking at the sunset he nodded and bit his lip. He looked so cute with the sun shining on his sweet little face on his tuff scar. And I bit my lip so I wouldn't start blushing, and we all looked out the window at the golden sunset.
