"San? Could you help me with Sangie-" before I could've finished, San's voice erupted "Got it, babe!"

I smiled at that as I stuffed the laundry into the washing machine before moving over to the stove with quick footsteps.

It was too tiring at times dealing with all the chores but San, my darling husband made sure I had nothing to worry about.

For heavens sake, he wanted to hire housemaids but I refused, only if they were men but then he refused.

Looking into the pot, I smiled as I stirred San's favourite dish. The memory of our anniversary flooding through my mind as excitement rushed through my blood.

A loud ring erupts and I'm quick to grasp my phone, answering it "Hello?"

"We'll be there in fifteen minutes, k?" Ava's voice echoed through the speaker and I replied with "Great!"

Ava, the woman I could always depend on, had offered me to take care of Sangie, our five years old son for the day so that San and I could finally spend some time together after what feels like forever.

"Y/n?" San called out and I turn the stove off as the dish simmer down just as he made his way over to me. "Where's Sangie?" I questioned as I poked my head at the side of him in search of my mischievous son.

"He's showering" San let out as he leaned down pecking my lips. From a soft touch of his lips on mine, his hands reached down to my back as the kiss deepens. Getting lost in his touch, I heard "Mom! Where's my duck?"

San's lips still lingering on mine as I said "Save this for later, Ava and Jongho's going to keep Sangie for today"

He smiled onto the soft surface of my lips before saying "and maybe we can give Sangie a little sister, he's been asking quite a lot these days"

I blushed at that before saying "Whatever Mr. Choi!" Just as I walked away, I felt his hand come in contact with my butt and I winced as I turned on my heels glaring at the man.

"What was that for?" I argued as I looked over at him. His smirk tugged his lips up slightly as he said "To remind you what belongs to me"

I scoffed in his direction as Sangie screamed out once again "Are you and dad kissing again?" My eyes widened and I heard San's laughter before I rushed over to Sangie.

Making my way into the room, I heard the little voice "All done!" He piped as he pulled his t-shirt over his head. "Is uncle here yet?" The little one questioned and just then, the door bell rung throughout the suite as their voices were heard. Sangie pulled my hands causing me to lean down, placing a peck on my cheek as he let out "bye mom, see you tomorrow"

I couldn't help but to adore his behavior. "You're ready?" Jongho asked as Ava grasped Sangie's hand in hers. The little one nodded before they took off.

Closing the door behind us, I called out "San?" The man was nowhere to be seen. "Babe?" I called out once again as I made my way over to our room. Pushing the door opened, I saw the man hurriedly trying to button his shirt.

"What-t-" I was confused as to why he was getting dressed now after he had promised to stay home with me today. "Remember the deal we had with the foreign company? The CEO is at the office right now" he let out as he pulled a neck tie out from his collection.

Moving over to me, he asked "Can you help me?" I grasped the material in my hand as he let out "I'll try to hurry back, I know that I promised to spend today with you but I can't"

His words hit me like a truck and I nodded blinking away my tears.

He had definitely forgotten our anniversary...

"It's fine" I piped out as I tightened the knot. "Too tight!" He exclaimed and my eyes widened as I remind myself that I'm not allowed to tie him to the bed to keep him here with me.

He had important business to finish and as his wife, I should respect that..

"See you later" he chimed, placing a kiss on my lips as his figure became a blur in the hallways.

Closing the door, I dragged myself over to the couch as I cried out "He forgot our anniversary"
