I walk over to the bed that was in the room as laid down thinking about what if would be like tomorrow. Would the snow be gone or what? And what about what I said to newt would things be awkward between us? That night it was hard to fall asleep I just remember looking up at the ceiling and thinking but next thing I know someone is knocking on my door and I woke up so some time last night I fell i sleep.
"Lillian you need to wake up time for your first day on the job." I hear frypan say.
"Im*yawn* coming hold on" I said groggily. When I opened the door frypan started laughing.
"What's do funny" I said.
"Your..hair" frypan said trying to stop laughing.
"Hey! You try having long hair" I said pouting.
"Ok let's go" frypan said when he finally stopes laughing. When we got to the kitchen frypan started having me cook eggs and bacon. frypan was starting to make lunch for the runners. after everyone got breakfast frypan said I could go eat with everyone else. I grabbed my meal and went and sat by newt.
"Morning lillian" newt said as soon as I sat down.
"Morning newt by the way you can call me lily" I said smiling.
"Ok... lily" newt said returning the smile.
"How are you liking your new job." Newt said.
"I like it but I have to wake up extra early." I said taking a bite of my eggs.
"Wouldn't have guessed" newt said sarcastically. I laughed. We talked about random things and I thought he forgot about last night until the ended of breakfast.
"So about last night-" newt started to say
"Please save all questions until after dinner" I said interrupting him and walking into the kitchen.
