Inky Strings

Chapter 2

(Error's PoV)

I wasn't sure what I just heard. I mean I knew what I heard, but I didn't want to hear it. "What did you just say?" I asked, hoping for a different answer. "Dream and I are trying to get you and Ink together." He replied still looking at his phone. I just stood there. I had no idea what to say. Nightmare's phone buzzed. "Oh, and Dream's hyper blue friend is helping too, I guess." But I couldn't hear Nightmare anymore. I was too deep in my thoughts. "Why would you tell Dream?!" I exclaimed, I felt upset that Nightmare was telling everyone my secret. "Because, I know that he can help. He always was good with others." He answered in a darkish way. Not wanting to talk about this anymore, I asked. "Where are Dust and Horror?" "They said they had to do something I think." Nightmare told me. It was starting to get awkward so I asked another question. "Is there anyone you like?" "Well," He stood up and put his phone on the couch face down. "I like Cross but I know that Dream also likes him. So I keep Killer here as a backup." Nightmare said pointing at the sleeping skeletons behind him with one of his goopy tentacles. "But why would you choose one of your minions?" I asked half wanting to hear more and half not wanting to talk about my crush on Ink. "I am their boss, so It's not that hard to impress them. As for killer, he is less insane and bloody than Dust and Horror. Plus, he's kinda cute." Nightmare shrugged. "Anyways, I'm going to teach you how to woo Ink." He said smirking.

I froze. why would I want help to get Ink to love me. I mean, he came to see me in the anti-void, so maybe I'm doing fine on my own. Then again, whenever we are fighting I can see coldness in Ink's eyes. Almost as if he has no soul. I thought about what to say. "How would you do that?" I asked. "I can teach you the basic things like: ways to impress him, kissing, and how to tell if he loves you or not." Nightmare replied.  "After that, I can show you things like: --------------, ------------, and -------------------.". I felt okay with the first three, but the second three where a bit kinky for me. Not that I wouldn't want to do them~. "You ready to start?" Nightmare asked. I thought for a moment. Is this really the best way to get Ink? I thought to myself. I may never get another chance, I might as well give it a try. "Sure." I answered. "Alright then," I watched as Nightmare woke up Cross and Killer. "You two are going to help me." "With what?" Cross asked yawning. "Error here wants to learn how to get Ink. And we are going to help him." Nightmare told them. "Eh, okay." Cross stood up and stretched as did Killer. "Ooo~," Killer came up to me "I always knew you had a thing for Ink, you made it pretty obvious." I blushed "Was it really that obvious?" I asked the three of them. "Yeah, pretty much." They replied. I buried my head in my hands to cover my embarrassment. Once I felt the blushing go away, I moved my head back out of my hands. "I thought you where going to teach me how to get Ink to like me." I reminded Nightmare. "Oh yeah," Nightmare said as if he forgot. "Lets begin then!" 

Nightmare grabbed Cross's hand and pulled him close, so close that their mouths where almost touching. Then one of Nightmare's tentacles wrapped around Cross and they kissed. It wasn't a small peck on the cheek, it was more like a full on mouth to mouth kiss. I imagined doing that with Ink, I almost drooled at the thought. I didn't actually drool though. After a few more seconds they stopped kissing, and Cross and Nightmare stood up. "What did you think, Error?" Nightmare asked. I wasn't sure how respond. "How am I supposed to do that?". "I'll show you." Nightmare motioned for Killer to come. Nightmare did the same thing he did with Cross, but with much more detail.  By the time Nightmare and Killer kissed I had gained a better understanding of how it works. After a few more kissing lessons I started getting tired. "Don't forget to practice kissing your Ink doll~." Killer teased, as I was headed upstairs. "Shut up.." I said blushing. Like that wasn't going to be the first thing I was going to do~.
