(Ink's PoV)

I made a portal to Outertale with Error. He looks the most peaceful I've seen him, when he's not destroying AUs that is. Error and I laid down on our backs and started watching the stars. The stars were really pretty. I hadn't noticed how pretty they are, I guess that's why Error likes it here so much. I thought about how Error would look if he had an Outertale outfit and smiled. I sat up and pulled out a sheet of paper and a pencil from my shirt pocket. I started sketching and framed Error with my fingers. At one point Error noticed that I was doing something, because he sat up, turned to me, and asked, "What are you doing? You are missing the meteor shower," "Nothing, just drawing something," He looked at me and facepalmed, "So you are doing something?" "Yeah, I guess," I answered, still drawing. "What are you drawing, Ink?" Error asked in an annoyed tone. "Hold on," I told him. I did a few more finishing touches, "There, you can look now!" I showed Error a picture of himself but Outertale style. When he first saw it, Error looked impressed, I think, but a few seconds later he gave me a confused look and asked "What's that supposed to be?" I was pretty sure Error already knew but I went along with his game.

"It's you in an Outertale outfit! Do you like it, Error?" "It's ok, I guess..." Error said, but I could tell he liked it. "You wanna try?" I asked him. "Try what?" "Drawing me, silly!" I handed Error a piece of paper and a pencil. "You want me to create something?" "Yep!" I answered excitedly "Why would I do that?" Error asked me. "Cuz I think you may like it." I told him. Error looked at the pencil and paper and looked back at me. He looked unsure so I said something that would make him take them. "C'mon, it'll be fun!" I gave him a devious grin, "Or are you too scared to draw me~?" Error huffed and took the art supplies. "Fine, I'll do it." I gave him a pleased smile, "But only because the meteor shower is pretty much done anyways." Error quickly added. "Whatever you say, Error~"

After a few minutes, Error stopped drawing and looked at the paper. "Are you done?" I asked. I tried to take a peek at the picture but he yanked it away before I could see. "I think so. I'm not so sure I want you to see it though..." Error gave his drawing a weird look. "I'm sure it's fine, Error." "Ok..." Error turned the paper around "Awww! I look so cute!" I exclaimed. The drawing was of me but, like I did with my drawing, Outertale themed. Error blushed a bit and tucked his drawing in his jacket. Then he turned away look at the stars.

An hour or two of star gazing passed, and I looked down at my scarf and realized I had to see Dream back at the doodle sphere for a meeting. So I stood up. "Hey, Error, wanna swap the drawings we made?" I asked "I don't want to forget about this." "Um, Ok." He said. I handed Error the drawing I made of him and Error handed me the drawing he made. "I have to go now. Bye, Error!" I told him. "Good riddance, Ink. I'm going to stay and watch the stars." Error responded. I made a portal, took one last look at Error, smiled at him, and left.

(Error's PoV)

I watched Ink as he left. I think I had way more fun than I meant to, I don't think he noticed though. I thought to myself as I got up, I don't know why I told Ink I was going to stay. I guess I just didn't want Ink to think I care. Then again I do care! Why does love have to be so hard? I opened a portal to my room in the Nightmare Gang's hideout. Then I walked over to my nightstand and framed the picture Ink made for me. I took another look at the picture and picked it up. I laid down facing the roof and held the picture in the frame above me as I slowly drifted off to sleep. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed that I was holding the picture close to me. Feeling slightly embarrassed, I quickly put the picture back on my nightstand and went downstairs.
