My name is Freya and I'm 16. I am a scatter-brained girl on the inside on the inside. My appearance consists of cold expressions, silver hair, porcelain skin, and I'm not a normal mortalis (mortalis' are what vampire hunters call humans.)
I was born into a family of vampire hunters known as, "The Shizuki Family." The very first vampire hunters around. Our family is royalty in the world under mortalis, they don't even know we exist. I've been surrounded by only hunters since I was born.
Hunters are very different from mortalis. Hunters are faster, less emotional, and can do more than your average mortalis. We try to protect mortalis from rogue vampires.
Rogue vampires are vampires who break The Code Of Dimvela. A code a vampire hunter named, Limvela Shizuki and the vampire empress, Derander The First, made to keep from vampires getting out of line and killed. This document is a almost as old as paper itself.
The Code Of Dimvela:
One shan't fight with another because thou famished or because they-eth aren't vampires.
My first mission is to, "blend in," with the humans because my parents think I should be like a normal mortalis. So we moved to the nearest high school with the most rogue vampires. If I complete this mission I'll be an official vampire hunter. So basically, not only will I be attending classes with mortalis and rogue vampires, but if I screw up I'll be an embarrassment to my family's name. This will be a HELL of a good year.
