Gifted or Cursed?

The guys had kicked Ben off the bus by now and we were all hovered over my gorgeous mate. "Chris, I can help" Balz says and looks up from her neck. When Ben bit her I'm certain he meant to kill her. Balz has healing powers. Ricky can levitate anything, even a person. Ghost can turn invisible. Angelo can make people see what he wants them to. Ryan can fly.

My power is attraction.

I can make anyone be attracted to me. I hate using it. I definitely didn't use it on Alex. "Do it Josh! She slipping away, I can feel it." I said and he nodded. He put a hand on her chest and one where the wound is and closed his eyes. A second later Alex woke up and was gasping for air.

"Blood" She said breathlessly. I got up and rushed to the "Special" fridge and got a blood bag. "Here" I said and fed it to her. "Thanks, babe" she said and kissed me once she had eaton. She got up weakly and sat on the couch. "How do you feel?" Ricky asked and sat on the floor as the rest of us took the couch and chair. "I feel okay. Thanks Josh" she said and smiled at Balz. "Hey I was meaning to ask you, but what's your gift?"

She looked away from me and seemed a little tense.

AlexPOV
I knew this was gonna come soon enough. "Well I can make people feel and do what I want them to" I said and looked at the guys. They were all confused. I sighed. "Stand up Ricky." I said and we both stood up.

"What are you gonna do?" Chris asked and cocked one of his perfect eyebrows. "Shh." I shushed Chris. "Okay Ricky this might hurt." I said and he nodded and braced himself. I made him feel pain and he dropped to his knees immediately. I let go. "Sorry Ricky." I said and helped him up. "That was awesome!" He said and hugged me. "Thanks" I said and then I got a burning in the back of my throat.

'Chris! I need fresh blood.' I thought to him and he nodded. "Guys. We're gonna go hunt in the woods. It's a mile down the road." He said and we walked off the bus. Chris took my hand in his and I bit my lip. God! I hate this part of the mating process. I want him but I can't have him. "You know. Soon it will be my turn and then you can have me for real." Chris said and laughed. I hissed and we both laughed.
We got to the forest and Chris led me to his hunting spot.

ChrisPOV
I led her to my hunting spot and the sun was shining. The light glided across her skin making the slight pink from her slightly warm blood come into view. It was really turning me on. Oh shit. It's my turn in the mating process I thought to myself. "Have you ever hunted before?" I asked still turned on.

"Yes. A few times before I was adopted." She said and licked her lips. God! Okay. Once she has eaton she's mine. I thought to myself. "Oh am I now? Doesn't feel too good when you can't have your mate. Now does it?" She said in a cocky voice.

'Oh that's it your mine' I thought and tried pouncing on her but she dashed away at vampire speed. 'Gotta catch me first my dearest' she said and put her barriers up. Damn! I ran after her and couldn't find her. I could feel and smell her though. 'Look up my sweet' I heard her in my mind. I looked up and there she was hanging off a tree.

I climbed the tree and kissed her roughly. "Okay! We can't have sex in a tree!" She said and I jumped down. She followed and I caught her. She kissed me roughly and that was it. She had me in the palm of her hand. "I'd like to eat dinner before we do this." She said and wiggled out of my grasp. "Fine" I sighed and she spotted a Gazelle. It took one look at us and ran off. Alex ran after it leaving me wanting and running after her.

AlexPOV
I ran after the Gazelle and caught it in front of a gorgeous tide pool. The water was almost clear and was surrounded by what almost looked like a canyon and it had a waterfall around the corner. I had my dinner and before I finished I looked up to see Chris staring at me with his eyes filled with lust and love. I finished and wiped my mouth.

"You missed some" he said. "Where?" I asked very confused. "Here" he said in a husky voice and kissed me roughly. "Let's go for a swim" he said and I nodded.
